onYesterday we brought our new CR-V back to your Service Department to fix an item we noticed when picking up the car. They were able to correct several items before delivery but had to order a replacement part. Our service rep is John Beeman. He was very helpful and informative. Service encountered a small problem and John and Scott worked out a solution with us that worked for everyone. I like John and am looking forward to working with him. We also want to compliment your Service Department for their installation of the accessories that we ordered. We loaded the car and they did an excellent job of installing them.
