  • Great place to get car service

    This is the only place I will take my Honda Accord to get maintenance done. The service people are nice, respectful, and honest. Never an up charge on things that don't need fixing. I have been going here since 2013 and will keep going as long as I own my Accord. Thank you AutoNation Honda.

    I bought my 2016 Honda HRV from Autonation brand new, wall the bells and whistles. I have continued to have it serviced at the dealership,with excellent service. They are excellent,honest,and have never tried to upsell me on any service.

    I had this scary experience of having my tire blowout on the highway. We had the car towed to Honda Auto Mall in Tucson. Early the next morning , at opening! - Mike already knew why I was calling had the car being looked at and was working on getting the replacement tire. Mike took care of the car...and as always, was so kind to me and assured me it would be all fixed. I will not take our two Honda Accords anywhere else.

    I bought a beautiful CRV Touring last week, I’m still on cloud nine.... The experience with this car dealer was over all great and I would of rated it a 5 star but the wait time for a cash deal was way longer than I would of thought it should be.... Everyone was nice, friendly and covid compliant... Our sales woman was fantastic “Allison”went way beyond her call of duty.. She was professional, friendly and honest.....

  • Oil Change

    Took car in for an oil change + Tire Rotation. Service Advisor promptly greeted me and was pleasant. Wait area was spaced nicely. Service time frame was good. My only complaint is that a safety inspection was included during which the technician measured the tire tread but apparently didn't bother to check how much air was in the tires because 3 days later, my car alerted me that my tire pressures were very low. That was annoying and that is the only reason I dropped the rating from 5 stars to 4.
