Great place to get car service

Never an up charge on things that don't need fixing. I have been going here since 2013 and will keep going as… long as I own my Accord. Mike is the best service manager!
by Jennifer on 03/31/2021I had this scary experience of having my tire blowout on the highway. We had the car towed to Honda Auto Mall in Tucson. Early the next morning , at opening! - Mike already knew why I was calling had the car being looked at and was working… on getting the replacement tire. Mike took care of the car...and as always, was so kind to me and assured me it would be all fixed. The experience with this car dealer was over all great and I would of rated it a 5 star but the wait time for a cash deal was way longer than I would of thought it… should be.... Everyone was nice, friendly and covid compliant... Our sales woman was fantastic “Allison”went way beyond her call of duty.. Oil Change
by bevoaz1 on 01/02/2021Took car in for an oil change + Tire Rotation. Service Advisor promptly greeted me and was pleasant. Wait area was spaced nicely. Service time frame was good. My only complaint is that a safety inspection was included during which the… technician measured the tire tread but apparently didn't bother to check how much air was in the tires because 3 days later, my car alerted me that my tire pressures were very low. That was annoying and that is the only reason I dropped the rating from 5 stars to 4.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
