Dealership Service Review
When I had called to make the appointment I specifically asked what A6 service meant. Was told I only needed an oil change, double checked and was told only an oil change. My husband gets to the dealership and the rep proceeds to just tell him that it will take 2 hours to do the service on my vehicle. He then asks why 2 hours and she states 1 hour for an oil change and 1 hour for a differential fluid. My husband calls me and I speak directly with the rep and tell her, the person on the phone who I called and made the appointment with said I would only need and oil change and that is what I scheduled the appointment for. Her lovely answer was that they don’t know what they are really talking about because they are only a call center….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and way to even take responsibility for your mistakes. Well this rep was just going to go ahead and have these services performed on my vehicle without even going over pricing or anything. After asking more questions we found out it was going to be another $175 on top of the oil change cost If they were going to do that. Nobody explained anything to us and just ASSUMED that we were okay and wanted to shell out that much money. Extremely SHADY….well now that we have that figured out. My husband is told by this same rep then only 1 hour for the only oil change. She has him pull forward in the service center outside and he gives the car keys to a totally different rep then told by him, it’s now going to take 2 hours for the oil change. Not even a minute after a different rep told us 1 hour we are now told 2 hours now. HORRIBLE communication….when asked why one rep gave information that it would only be 1 hour then another said 2, nobody could give us a valid reason or even a decent apology. This entire experience has been awful and it’s not the same putting it into words in this review how we felt and how we were treated. I don’t feel my business at this dealership anymore is necessary. I will for sure not recommend any family or friends here in the future.
