    I bought a chevy extend cab truck from courtesy chevrolet. I was treated extremely well by all of the staff, especially Shana Del Grosso from the customer service department. I would highly recommend courtesy chevrolet to anyone who wants a great deal on a vehicle and wants to be treated like family when they walk through the door. I heard about courtesy chevrolet from my parents who bought a truck from courtesy last year.

    I purchased a new Silverado 3500 HD from Courtesy. The staff (Bernie) took great care of me from beginning to end. I was then contacted by Shana DelGrosso and she has provided me with excellent support after the sale. I would difinitely recommend this dealership. Shana is available 24 hours a day to provide you assistance.

    After a week of empty promises and the shady dealings they still try and pull a fast one. I went in to Un-Courtesy Chevy looking at a used car i found online. It was what i was looking for but had rear bumper damage. They of-course tried to sell it as is but after talking with sale man and used car manger we came to the agreement that i would buy the car if they replaced the bumper. I went ahead with the paper work but wouldn't pick the car up till bumper was replaced. One week later and showing up at the dealership 2 different times to take delivery it still wasn't done. Of course i got the lies and run around. "Bumper is still being delivered", "bumper is here but drying so they couldn't put it on". Finally they called to say the bumper was on and everything looked great. More lies, showed up to take delivery and they had tried to REPAIR the bumper. Seriously? Classic Used Car try to rip you off move. After i confronted them and refused to take the car they lie and said "we never said we would replace the bumper and you have to take it as is". So do you think they replaced the bumper reinforcement? With major safety concerns they want me to drive away in it with my 3 year old daughter in the back seat. What would happen if i get rear-ended without that reinforcement? Not only did they try to rip me off they also wanted me to drive around my daughter in a unsafe car. After talking to the GM about this the car was driven to my house parked in the driveway blocking the garage. No keys, bad repair job and now missing floor mats. I guess this is how Chevrolet dealers treat the same people they used in their tax payer bail out.

    Transmission was bleeding fluid and Courtesy took care of it. A lot of dealership service centers put warranty work at the bottom of the priority list, but not Courtesy. I had my car back in 2 days and running fine. :)

    Our salesman Will Deguire was great he really woked hard for us to get us in the suburban that best suited us. The down side was alot of confusion made by other people involved but our salesman stood by us and worked out the kinks for us.

    I happily own a 07 Silverado Z71 4x4 Ext Cab, It has never given me any problems but for some reason on this particular day I turned on my vehicle and as I started to reverse there was a problem. Then i noticed in the warning display section read that i needed to have the 4x4 serviced. So I had it towed to the nearest chevy dealer which happened to be Courtesy Chevy. Unfortunately this was a busy day for the service department. As they reviewed the vehicle for problems, and found out that the service light just went away by its self. I wasnt going to take any chances so told them to run the dianostics test anyway, but they weren't going to get to it till monday. So I decided to take a look to see if the problem really was gone, a man named joe kindly walked me to my vehicle and very knowledglably helped me test my vehicle for the problem. As i tested the vehicle i noticed a difference and the warning service light was off. I was already tired of waiting so i decided to take my vehicle. But I had to wait for someone to "write off" my papers for me so I could pay the tow bill, and leave. I waited around for a long 40 minutes and Joe was the only person who even noticied how long i was waiting, so he quickly found someone to complete our paper work. Before we knew it, they completed the paper work and joe kindly gave us a good new year farewell and we were on our way home.. Bottom line is that everybody seemed over welmed and tired from the day, except Joe Turnage, who showed us that he really cares about customers.. Thanks to Joe I'll be going to Courtesy Chevorlet for my next Chevy vehicle. Good Customer service is hard to come by these days..

    Rich was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with all the information we needed and took great care of us. The only thing I wish was different was how long we waited for service to be complete.

    I found my experience at Courtesy Chevrolet and my time with their sales representative to be a very positive experience. I was approached in a professional manner and was assisted through feedback as to what car might work best for what I do. I knew after 30 minutes of speaking with Vincente G that I wanted to buy a car from him. Very relaxed and professional and if he didn't have the answer, he said so and informed me when he did. We drove 3 trucks with one being on the display track in front of the dealership but there was no problem getting t down for me to test drive. While on the property everyone that walked by me that worked for Courtesy greeted me or asked if I would like a bottle of water. Simply positive and professional and I had the feeling that it was. while filing out my paperwork and sitting in the lobby, my observations where of the same nature. I had planned to visit at least 3 chevy dealerships. Vincente kept me here. Thank you for nice purchase experience and your help on an issue after I had purchased the truck. Steve C

    Outstanding!!!!David E is a person that any dealership should want representing them. He was very helpful, non pushy, and made sure she was comfortable with the vehicle she chose. There was just a slight problem with one of the sensors on the cobalt she chose and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. My girlfriend and I went there looking for a vehicle for her. We had originally went to another dealership but after a few days of frustration and complications with their financing we wound up returning the vehicle. My grandmother had purchased a vehicle from Courtesy about a year ago and told me about the great experience she had purchasing her new GMC Terrain. Im glad we listened to her and went there. We couldn't be happier! I would recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle whether new or used. As an added kick they gave her 3 years of free oil changes.

    Repeat customer, same great service as my first purchase 2 years ago. I'd been checking out the 2013 Chevy Equinox for a while, spoke to Dave B a few times. When I finally decided to purchase, Dave spent quality time with my husband, my sister and me professionally answering all our questions, explaining options. We looked at several Equinoxes and test drove 2 - Dave never once displayed impatience or indicated he had other customers or that we were anything but his top priority. Financing moved quickly and we were on our way. Very, very happy with our Equinox 1LT - and we tell everyone where we got it.

    I had a problem with a tail light, I called Erik M, who has taken care of my service calls for 10 years, scheduled a same day apt, was in and out in 20 and that included a car wash. As ALWAYS, Erik went met and exceeded my expectations, He is truly an asset to the company. Team Courtesy once again had the BEST customer service from beginning to end!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

    Eric was extremely knowledgeable of the Cruze and its options. He worked tirelessly to get the best deal he could for me. Lucy took the process to a higher level by providing me with the best possible financing. I could not be more pleased with this dealership.

    Courtesy Chevrolet now has my business for life. Car buying can be a somewhat overburdening experience, but everyone down at Courtesy made the experience a very positive experience, from start to end. Herb was a pleasure to deal with and extremely fair on my trade-in. Kelly was fantastic, and made sure we picked the right vehicle to meet our needs and was within our budget. There are a lot of 5 star ratings on this dealership, and I really understand why now. Being a family owned company, it's very apparent that this dealership and their employees, go out of their way, to take care of you. The deal I made was fantastic, and hands down, the best price I could find. Thank you Kelly & Herb.

    This review is easy....I knew I wanted a Volt. I emailed Steve C at Courtesy and he got back to me right away. We talked on the phone and he gave me some numbers that beat the socks off one of his competitors. I showed up at the dealership, walked the lot, picked the Volt I wanted, sat down, they brought me the paperwork as discussed on the phone, signed with finance and ...BAM...out the front door in 2 hours flat. My sales person Macaria R was also very nice and helpful. The cars is pretty darn cool also....Without a doubt, the smoothest car buying experience to date!

    I came to Courtesy to get the power steering fixed on my '06 Malibu. Rich was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. What was not pleasant was that the power steering column had been recalled on my vehicle and I was unaware of this recall until I started to search the internet, and was covered up to 150k, and my vehicle was at 151k at the time it malfunctioned, and there was nothing that General Motors would do to assist in replacing a disfunctional part that they had installed in my vehicle. While my service at Courtesy was top notch, and I would recommend the dealership based on my experience with the people there, I will be contacting General Motors directly in regards to their unwillingness to notify customers of this problem and subsequent dismissal of assistance for a known problem.
