    Got a 2020 had for 2 weeks brakes where shaking they resurface the rotors but they didn't want to install new pads no shop will advise to preform the work you should install new pad this was under warranty will never go back to toyota

    Disappointed. Tried to change oil myself, but oil filter housing is so far tightened, can not remove. It was not this way before I took my Tundra in for my free oil change a few months ago. I found this out after already draining my old oil. I have changed oil in my Tundra once before taking in for my free oil change. Was not difficult and I have purchased special filter wrench and drain tool to do so. I called Camelback Toyota to complain and spoke with three separate service advisors. Finally, third service advisor got my name and number and said she would have a manager call me back. Its been over 2 hours and no phone call back. I even went on Camelback Toyota's website and spoke with a person online who said she would have a manager call me back after getting my name, number and email address. Still no response. Its now been 2 1/2 hours. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Also, when starting my oil change today, I noticed there was no gasket on the oil drain plug and a screw was missing (1 of 3) which secures the underside metal plate to its frame. (After last tire rotation service, I noticed 2 of the 4 valve stem caps were missing.) Hard to trust service from this place. They probably over tightened my filter housing so I would not have a choice but to come back. I WONT BE BACK!!! Do no trust this place now.

    They were exemplary! Its a great sense of comfort when your under so much stress, battery is out, its over 100 degrees and their service department is so accommodating and super NICE!

    Since the moment I walked I was welcomed into the dealership and felt like it wasn't about trying to make a sale but helping me get into a car that was meant for me from beginning to end my experience was just fantastic and I do want to personally thank boo, Giuseppe, and deven (don't know if I spelt it right.) there were truly a blessing to me and would like to thank them for there hard work and help.

    This was my first time buying a car and the experience was very positive! My family has bought many cars from Camelback Toyota in the past but this is the first time I was the one signing all the paperwork. They walked me through everything and gave us a good deal.

    All around friendly staff with prompt and accurate service. Only thing I’d mention is during the heat peak season is to have the rental cars cooled down and ready to go, but that being said I was thankful for the complimentary rental car during the time of maintenance being performed on my vehicle. Thanks, Camelback Toyota!

    I was at the service department at Camelback Toyota on March 8th 2018, David Marentes was my service advisor. I must say, he did an amazing job! Very informative and pleasant. I would highly recommend David Merentes to anyone when service needed on your Toyota’s. You will not be disappointed.

    We owned a Scion TC and since 2012 (moved into that area), we have been having it serviced by Camelback Toyota. The main reason we still go there, we love our service adviser Jose Tijerinno. He has always been upfront and honest. He always tells us what we need done and what we can skip. He is amazing to work with. Regardless of, if we just having are having an oil change or the mounts replaced, we have never had a problem. Everything has always been done correctly and have never had to bring it back to have it fixed. Even when we stop by just to have the tire pressure checked the guys in the back always take care of us with no complaint and are always happy and cordial. Kudos to Jose and the amazing people who repair our vehicle. We appreciate all the work you have done for us over the years. We look forward to the work you will provide on our new vehicles we just purchased a couple weeks ago. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
  • Not genuine Toyota parts

    I was shocked to find this Toyota dealer does not install genuine Toyota parts and also uses third-party vendors (AZ Sun Tops in my case) to perform work. Buyer beware- when the parts, which are not covered by Toyota fail the dealership does not warranty or perform the repair. You are then left dealing with the third-party vendor yourself. Kim McKay was confrontational, bullying and very unethical when I asked to have my issue addressed and Ross Ehler will not accept my calls. I have to have my credit card company refund the purchase and I was advised by Toyota corporate, who alleges they have many complaints about Camelback Toyota, to have the repair performed by Right Toyota
