    Anthony Strope assisted me with two recall replacements & provided outstanding service. I usually avoid dealerships like the plague; but, if I were treated like this via the sales department, I'd buy every car on the lot. Thanks for your getting your hands dirty for me and providing valuable education along the way!

    Bryan Stevens went above and beyond to get me and my car taken care of. He spoke to me in terms that I could understand, and was patient while I asked questions. He reassured me that my car was well taken care of and even introduced me to the mechanic that was working on my car. I was nervous to take my car in because my boyfriend normally does it for me but Bryan helped me out and put my mind at ease.

    If i could give a zero star i would have. First of all, let me say i am completely disappointed and overwhelmingly dismayed that customer service of the car service department that sells a reputable car brand can treat customers without respect. I had an issue with my last visit in which no one could properly attest to how my tires were damaged, instead the service advisor was quick to sell me a new one. Right from the time I came in, I felt was under pressure from the service advisor to make repairs just because I came in for zagtag which was free. I accepted the manager's explanation that it was not their fault that my tire was damaged and left. A while later i am called by the customer relationship manager who left a voicemail to call back. When I called, i was bounced from one person to another with no results. I left a voicemail and later that same day, someone calls me asking to speak to me and this is where it gets interesting. The caller says he is from the service department and he had no clue why he was calling me and I was like okay probably you want me to tell you my side of the story. As soon as i started talking I was hung up on and up till now, no one bothered to call me. I cannot just place it in my mind how the customer relationship department can behave in such a ridiculous manner when it comes to following up a customer's experience. At this point, I will think that oversight is poor and so a customer can expect to be treated anyhow. I have decided never to work on my car in that location anymore but take it somewhere else.

    I can truthfully say that Steven Embry is an excellent Service Manager, has excellent rapport and attitude in dealing with me and other customers who are my friends, and is a truthful and honest person when it comes to servicing my 2 Honda CRV's purchased at Bell Honda on Bell Road over the years. I will only deal with Steven when scheduling maintenance and repairs for my vehicles. Why! because he has the analytical skills to explain simply the complex nature of the maintenance or repairs needed; makes an accurate determination of a fair cost to me and Bell Honda; insures the quality of work being done by communicating with the involved mechanics; and after the work is done he will explain and show me the parts needing maintenance, or repair, as well as reviewing the final cost in detail. My wife and I have been dealing with Steven over the last several years and we will continue to do so in the future.

    Wow! I am so grateful for Johnny at Bell Honda for completely walking me through a major problem with my Honda. The absolute fair deal and staying with it to the end. I have made up my mind that I will buy my 5th Honda at Bell Honda who also supported me through it all. Thanks for the service and the service team. A shout out to the Service Crew for great service all around!

    Every time I need to have service done on my van I take it to Bell Honda. I always make an appointment with Steve Emery, service advisor. Steve always greets me very nicely, he listens to what I have to say, he's always pleasant to the other customers, and he keeps me updated on how things are going with the work that is being done. I always have a good experience when I deal with Steve.

    I like working with Steve Emery, he has a can do attitude and i can discuss my vehicle issues with him. He is always courteous, cheerful and knows my vehicle. I depend on him to take care of my car.

    I received a notice of recall for my car and this is the first time I take my car into a shop for any kind of servicing and only because it was absolutely necessary. I work at different car dealership and have had more than plenty experiences with customers and their complaints about the service department which is also what worried me about needing to visit a service department at all. From the first day I showed to leave my car to 4 day later when I picked it up, both Anthony and the people at Enterprise made the entire transaction hassle-free. Anthony took care of my every need and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and was having a pleasant experience. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Anthony and the Bell Honda service department!

    I have taken both of my Hondas to Bell Honda for service and have been very happy with my experience. My car has always been ready when promised and my bill has come in either on estimate or under. I am especially happy with my service adviser, Josh Hansmeier. He is professional, friendly, and true to his word! Thanks Josh!

    All the credits for the 10/31/14 service of my Toyota Solara should go to the Honda Service Consultant Christopher Jones and his technician. I need to add that Mr. Jones is a professional, efficient, poised and trustworthy individual.

    My wife and I have had both our Honda cars serviced at Bell Honda for several years and we could not be more happy. Everyone we encounter in the service department have been very professional, always prompt and pleasant to deal with. I do minor maintenance on our cars and have a good idea of their condition so I welcome the accurate feedback I always get from the technician. I had the valves adjusted this week on the Accord and enjoyed prompt, professional service at a fair price. If you are in Phoenix I highly recommend the service department at Bell Honda

    I was very happy with my service. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in about an hour. I had run over something on the freeway and was concerned about damage. Not only did they check that out but also performed my 30,000 mile check up and an alignment in the time frame. Very cool!

    George H is the best Assistant Service Manager! I have owned several Honda's and I even own a Ford and I will only take my Ford to George at Bell Honda. He always tells me like it is and is honest on what I need to get done now and what can wait. He always goes above and beyond and by far exceeds any standards that I have ever had with any service shop. He even offers me discounts when it's available! He is down right incredible and I always recommend him to anyone who says they have a vehicle issue. George, keep up the great work and Bell Honda is lucky to have you. I know I am!!!

    I cannot say enough kind words for the staff at Bell Honda service center. Their team is so amazing. Their facility is clean, they have plenty of entertainment and snacks. George always keeps me in the loop. It is great. I recommend them all the time!

    I was just in today getting my Accord serviced today. After my "Service Specialist", Josh told me about everything that was "wrong" with my car, I decided that I was going to get a second opinion on what really needed to be done with my car. He told me that the transmission fluid needed to be replaced, the /ac filter and the engine filter needed to be replaced. So, I took it to another dealership tonight, because I do not trust any word that comes out of his mouth. And when I did this, it was determined that the engine filter needs to be replaced because on the last oil change the Bell Honda has done, they put too much oil in my car. So, after I told them that they had JUST replaced it no more than an hour go, they checked my oil levels in my car. And guess what?! They OVERFILLED it AGAIN by over 1 and a half quarts of oil. So not only a simple engine filter need to be replaced, but Bell Honda service technicians are RUINING my engine on my 1 year old car. So needless to say, I'm extremely livid.
