    As always, I go to Autonation for my oil changes in every other repair and once again, I did not have an appointment and just showed up, and Nathan took care of me got my oil changed, went over everything with me in a timely manner, and I can’t be happier Great staff great management.!

    I asked Mia Lusk for an appointment for a general safety inspection for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Upon arrival, the car was taken into the service area by the technician. 45 minutes later the car was returned and I was briefed by Mia on the results (all good). I was delighted with the punctuality and polite customer service. A very good experience.

  • THEY NEVER TELL YOU ABOUT THE REABATES

    They did not tell me about the rebates that were over $10,000.00 and your own incentive of $1800 and they tried to take the $2600+ tax credit away from the value of my already offered 30 grand down payment as your car max department at the same time was offering me over $30,000.00 for it. I was told by one salesman that the rebates were about to expire so they just do not mention them anymore to anyone. Why is that?? Do you then keep the rebates??? I found them all on a website the night before I was going to pay over $15,000.00 more for that truck than I should have and I know you all still made a profit. Your salesmen (excluding RODERICK) tried selling me running boards for $1200 when they left a price sheet from your manufacture showing the real prices the actual manufacturer charges you and it was $445 for the running boards so they were trying to tell me it cost $800 to screw in six bolts??? If I didn't need that truck since our work truck broke down I would have never bought from there. I am a cancer survivor, and due to a bad car accident I have had 3 spins surgeries and 5 knee surgeries and 2 foot surgeries. I needed a safe vehicle and comfortable vehicle and I thought I could trust AUTONATION. I cannot except for, Roderick, AKA RJ, my initial floor salesman. Roderick was awesome. I know he works on commission as well but he still told the truth.

  • Lotta work to catch up on

    The service adviser I had was helpful and took time to explain the options I had for tire replacement. I also needed front end alignment, rear cab door locks, and an oil change. The down side was I was calling later in the day to see about the progress of the work. I do understand that my adviser had a lot of other customers to look after so I can see where I might have been ready to be contacted later. Do to a miscommunication only one rear door lock was replaced. In the event of any major work needed I would still use this dealer.

    Dealer was quick to respond to inquiry. Whole process was quick. Papers were ready when we arrived. Only issue was that they took a week to ship as they kept saying they were waiting for the funds. Other than that great service.

    I went in for my first oil change after purchasing 6 months ago. I was greeted pleasantly, all my concerns were noted and a reasonable wait time was determined. I sat in the very comfortable waiting area for a brief amount of time. My car was ready in half the estimated time. All of my concerns were addressed.

    It took two hours for an oil change that was scheduled. I had tires put on the other day in half time. But staff is friendly. Staff does ask for 5 star reviews

    Purchased 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with Manufacturer's year end incentives and big dealership markdown. Did take (walking out once and) negotiating hard to make them remove the unwanted dealer add-on items, but finally they agreed so we got a great price for an upgraded trim. They may not like me informing you that such items can be removed, but they did want an honest review, so good luck with your negotiations - stay firm and they will come around, especially with today's overabundance of inventory.

  • Bad Experience

    I can not even begin to give an overall rating on my most recent experience. My car was in service 9 weeks and it had been almost 5 weeks since I had communication on what was going on with vehicle. I finally got fed up and went into dealership on 10/23 and was able to speak to the General Manager, Joseph Asadi. He was very responsive and apologetic and he would get to the bottom of what was going on. Before I even got home I received a call from Michael, the Service Director and he told me that my car would be repaired and ready for pick up the next day after 5:00 pm. I have an extended warranty, imagine my surprise when I picked up my vehicle that I was charged $300 for spark plugs. After having my car for 9 weeks, I felt the very least the dealership could have done was “eat” that cost, but I was so over it and did not feel like arguing. Meanwhile, I pay $30 per month for a car wash on that vehicle, along with $10 per month for UConnect access, two months I paid for those items and I did not even have the vehicle. Not to mention I am paying for car insurance on something that I do not even have in my possession. Also, the summer of 2022, they had my vehicle for 6 weeks. I could go on and on….January 2023, two weeks. My husband and I have been a customer of Jeep Autonation since 1992, we have had Chrysler Concord, Chrysler 300M, 2012 Jeep, 2016 Jeep. The two Jeeps were factory order from that dealership. I would like to purchase another Jeep, but after this most recent experience why would I even consider a Jeep and why should I consider from this particular dealership? After 31 years of being a customer and this is how a loyal customer gets treated??? In addition, my son owns a Jeep and he has occasionally had his Jeep serviced at the dealership, so we have been long standing Jeep customers. I am sure I will receive no response from my survey answers, but I had to at least put this out there, this last time was the worst experience ever. I did not even want to give this a 1 star but had to select something in order to submit survey.
