Lotta work to catch up on

onThe service adviser I had was helpful and took time to explain the options I had for tire replacement. I also needed front end alignment, rear cab door locks, and an oil change. The down side was I was calling later in the day to see about the progress of the work. I do understand that my adviser had a lot of other customers to look after so I can see where I might have been ready to be contacted later. Do to a miscommunication only one rear door lock was replaced. In the event of any major work needed I would still use this dealer.
