misled regarding the extra warranty on a new vehicle purchased
by rachele on 05/27/2025be careful when you go to sign your final paperwork. I was talked into buying the extra warranty on my new vehicle under the assumption It was for seven years regardless the mileage. After reviewing my paperwork, the coverage expires after… 72,000 miles. I feel tricked into buying the warranty and disappointed the sales director for misleading me. for this reason, I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommended friends or family to buy from them.Mother’s Day at Liberty Buick

We both worked on my trade in came to a fair price for my trade in a 2006 Bentley I gave a… 500.00 deposit drove to Arizona that night met Brandon the next morning we filled out all the paperwork and assisted me with my 2025 Envista setup he had the vehicle clean up and fill up with a full tank of gas and I was on my way back to California as a happy first time Buick buyer.Thank you for your wonderful review! Worst car car buying experience EVER!

We agreed to price, allowed them to run credit (good score of 720+) and then they kept coming back with different price, loan term etc. Higher price = lower rate, lower… price = higher rate, with variance of 6 points. Absolutely no transparency.We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your shopping experience. It appears that the nature of your experience does not reflect our dedication to customer satisfaction. Your concerns are very important to us and I would like to learn more. Great service in person, needs better follow up

Only issue is that we noticed a tail light broken as we were walking out to the car. No issues. Can you let us know if this can be… taken care of? After a couple of calls and emails, we never heard back. We realized we noticed this after the sale, and we were willing to pay for the repairs if it couldn't be covered by the dealership. In short, it just would have been nice to have a follow up.Kristen, we appreciate you leaving this honest feedback about your experience.
