misled regarding the extra warranty on a new vehicle purchased
Written by 05/27/2025
onbe careful when you go to sign your final paperwork. I was talked into buying the extra warranty on my new vehicle under the assumption It was for seven years regardless the mileage. After reviewing my paperwork, the coverage expires after 72,000 miles. I feel tricked into buying the warranty and disappointed the sales director for misleading me. for this reason, I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommended friends or family to buy from them.
