He was very friendly, told us everything we wanted to know about the car, the service we were to expect here, and the kind of company that Cardinale Way Peoria is. He and John, the manager, got us a great… deal on a CX-9. We had a ton of questions for Bill and John, and the way they answered us made us feel comfortable asking even more questions, which is ALWAYS a positive quality. This was the first dealership we visited, and though we visited others later on in the day as well as the next day, we were impressed with how we were treated here, which helped us trust (along with some number crunching on our end) that we were getting the very best/fairest deal on the beautiful car that we wanted.The best dealership experience . Highly recommend

Going to the Cardinale Way Mazda in Peoria Az, was a great choice.My intent was to drive a Mazda for the first time to see if I would like it..... I had no intent to buy the car, but… after having the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, it was a no brainer . The staff was family oriented and just great to work with. Daisha was awesome to work with, she was our sales person. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and made sure our 5 year old son was comfortable. She made sure we found exactly what we wanted. Unlike most sales people who try to sell you something that benefits them and their pockets. Doug was great guy who also helped and took the time to speak with us and befriend us. And we can't forget about Armando who also befriended us and took the time to make us feel good. Good luck to Armando's son and his baseball career. So I encourage you guys to stop by and say hi and look at some great cars. I'm sure they would be more than happy to take the time and befriend you, and make you feel like the Cardinale Way Mazda family.A great experience

We purchased a new 2013 Mazda MX-5 retractable hardtop just a year ago from this same dealership. The fact that we chose… Cardinale way for both purchases speaks volumes about the high quality of this dealership - both in areas of sales and service (both vehicle and customer service). They have a great team, and we appreciate the fact that there are no high-pressure tactics on their part. Their sales team knew very little about their cars and sales managers did not want to discuss car pricing. They told me if I wanted to… know more about the Mazda 6 I should look on the internet for their pricing and the features. However, the moment I stepped onto the Cardinale Way lot I was greeted and helped by more than one person. Everyone was ready to help me. Our salesperson Carlos knew every detail about the Mazda 6. He took the time to educate me on the car and its features without me even having to ask. When it came to purchasing the car they were not pushy and were very honest about every aspect of the purchase. The finance team worked hard to help meet my needs. I normally hate the new car purchasing process but my experience at Cardinale Way was outstanding!Outstanding Employees! Excellent dealership!

We decided to go to Cardinale Way in Peoria since it was close and… we had heard many great things about the other location. We showed up late Sunday to look at the new Mazda 3 and even though the dealership was supposed to close in ten minutes Carlos came out and assured us that we could take our time looking around and helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. We sat down to go over the numbers and both Carlos and Josh were no pressure and the entire process was extremely pleasant and easy. Even when we spoke with the gentleman for warranty - he was also very helpful and informative and no pressure. We would like to thank everyone for staying late and doing such an outstanding job! We will be sure to recommend everyone to your dealership!Amazing Dealership and Customer Service

His customer services skills were far superior with… his friendliness, attitude, helpfulness, listening skills, knowledge, and overall salesman approach to taking care of the customer. He along with Zenus (Service Department) is why I continue to do business with this dealership because they know how to take care of the customer. Kim went out of his way in with making sure every detail was covered regarding my needs and not the needs of the dealership. If anyone is in the market for purchasing a car regardless of new or used, I highly recommend Kim in your pursuit. He will not steer you wrong and his approach to sales makes you want to purchase a vehicle with CardinaleWay Mazda of Peoria. Not pushy at all!!! I strongly recommend that if you choose a Mazda dealership to go the extra… distance to travel to Peoria to receive Greg's wonderful customer service. You won't be disappointed! The only reason I gave the Overall Experience a 4 rating was because the car was not ready when promised. Nothing to do with the sales service we received.Great experience

He told me I would be back and that he would give me a great deal. After 2 weeks of test driving… 10 different makes, texting Kim in between, and negotiating with several different dealerships, I went back to Peoria Mazda and Kim greeted me the same as the first visit. No hassle, no pressure, just answers. When he called the manager Johnny over he offered us a deal we could not refuse. More car for less money. I could have saved a lot of pain and agony if I bought from him on the first visit. I highly recommend Peoria Mazda and Kim Yett.Peoria Mazda Rocks

My wife saw a car on the lot as we drove by and asked me if we could look at it. I drove on the lot and drove up to the car she had picked… out and it was the furthest car from the building. Patrick Taylor walked out and greeted us and asked if we had any questions. We were short on time so I asked a few questions and asked him to give me a call later with some prices. I liked what I saw on the lot and I also liked the price Patrick quoted later when he called. I was not up for playing games at all so I went back to the dealership to get a OTD cost so I may shop around and see what other people could give me. Johnny did just what I wanted he gave me an OTD cost and said I hope to see you again. I checked with three other dealerships and a couple of auto brokers. Peoria Mazda beat them all. I now own a new Mazda for my wife. I would like to thank Patrick and Johnny for doing what I asked and not play games. I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends. Thank you so much Patrick and Johnny.Awesome car buying experience!

They were honest from beginning to end and they were always prompt in responding to me unlike other car dealers. They would return my calls within minutes not hours like the… other dealer I was first working with. I did not have to go back and forth on the pricing like I usually have to and I didn't have to talk to numerous people, just Donny and Mary whom are wonderful! I was dealing with another dealer who had me talking to so many people I got confused and was told one thing then another by another person, I was aggravated so I called Cardinale Way and spoke to Donny and he got everything going right away while I was on the phone. I told him how I was told by the other dealer that they could deliver the car to me then told by another person that no it could not be done. Donny assured me they could deliver the car to me and we had the deal done over the phone and delivery setup for 2 days later by Mary. Mary drove to my location approximately 90 miles away in Camp Verde and had all the paperwork ready for me to just sign here in the comfort of my home. That was awesome! I didn't have to take time off from work and drive all that way and sit at a dealership waiting for the paperwork. They went above and beyond. This dealer is top notch and Mary and Donny are awesome! I highly reccomend buying a car from Cardinale Way Mazda. I got a beautiful 2012 Mazda 3 i Grand Touring and couldn't be happier!
