Our car buying experience actually started the day before at another dealership where we were bombarded by sales staff trying to twist our arms into a deal we didn't like. We decided to go to Cardinale Way in Peoria since it was close and we had heard many great things about the other location. We showed up late Sunday to look at the new Mazda 3 and even though the dealership was supposed to close in ten minutes Carlos came out and assured us that we could take our time looking around and helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. We sat down to go over the numbers and both Carlos and Josh were no pressure and the entire process was extremely pleasant and easy. Even when we spoke with the gentleman for warranty - he was also very helpful and informative and no pressure. We would like to thank everyone for staying late and doing such an outstanding job!
