I had a great experience with Bill. He was very friendly, told us everything we wanted to know about the car, the service we were to expect here, and the kind of company that Cardinale Way Peoria is. He and John, the manager, got us a great deal on a CX-9. We had a ton of questions for Bill and John, and the way they answered us made us feel comfortable asking even more questions, which is ALWAYS a positive quality. This was the first dealership we visited, and though we visited others later on in the day as well as the next day, we were impressed with how we were treated here, which helped us trust (along with some number crunching on our end) that we were getting the very best/fairest deal on the beautiful car that we wanted.
