Impeccable service that can't be beat!
by Lex on 03/27/2024I brought my car in for a diagnosis on a sensor issue I was experiencing. I was told by my vehicle manufacturer that it would be $1k to replace this particular sensor and that there was no alternate option. I naturally wanted a second… opinion. I scheduled service and was able to get in quickly. The technician was able to diagnose and confirm it was the faulty sensor and source a re-manufactured sensor for me at a much lower cost. The work was completed and I haven't had an issue since. They were extremely helpful, resourceful, and quick to help me with the sensor issue. Worst service shop ever...
by Chris R on 02/22/2023I've had 2 vehicles taken to this shop and both times were ridiculous. This time my 2020 ram was in the shop for almost 40 days!!! It went in with front end suspension issues and it just started from there. I did the warranty and approved… dance, then getting parts, control arms, gear rack, yadaya. Then parts started showing up just to find out the parts they said are in the shop weren't there after all, so again had to order. Then somehow it got lost in transit, this is week 3 plus now. Told me 2 weeks til it showed up. After 1 month they offer me a rental for 50a day on them but I pay anything else, insurance and whatnot. Then when part shows up and is being fixed the rear control arms are the problem for alignment so again, warranty, approved, and order till fixed. So I waited for almost 2 months for this to get done and just kept hitting snag after snag all the way through. So as of now 2 horrible experiences I will never go back to this service shop again...Hi Chris, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. When it was time for pick up he stayed a little longer at end of day so I can pick up my… car. It was my fault for running late at work. No fuss from him. Getting your car service is stressful especially when when that bill comes in, so thank you again for the service!
