    I wS told part would take about 5 days to be received. They had my car 2 full weeks and never communicated to hw with update. I called several times and phone was not answered until the 13th day. The phone rang and rang then finally asked for an extension which was never given. The lack if communication wad astounding.

    I had the recent experience of buying a used car at AutoNation Chevy. I hate the process of buying a car. But I had a very nice experience. Juan was professional and I felt he was always on my side. I believe I got a good deal and I left the sales lot with a feeling that I was treated fairly and with respect.

  • New Car Sale

    The Vehicle was sold without current System updates. The vehicle update, loaded by the vehicles WIFI system failed to install properly. Then the service Dept found a bad sensor. No Issues with the Sales staff, the service Dept at this point is a Disappointment. The current entertainment/ vehicle information and settings system is The worst I seen.

    AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa Justin & Steve were excellent, friendly & very knowledgeable. They followed through on everything from fist contact to driving new vehicle home…. The original discount was large making the dealing easy. The OTD price was set, an easy trip through financing and we were on our home….   • Service for oil change

    Had the oil changed and they did the 12 point inspection as well. They sent me a picture of my tires showing that the tires were fine. They indicated that the air filters were okay as well. The shuttle service was great.

    The engine needed replacement and had to get the warranty company to sign off on it. My service tech Robert was great though. Kept me informed by text message what was going and gave me estimates when steps would get done. I know if may be annoying for the techs but I am a big believer in being kept in the loop. I am very happy with Autonation's side of this repair.

  • Difficult process

    process was difficult. Trying to contact my service advisor her name was not listed in directory. so, I could not get through to her to get the status of my vehicle. The customer service line was not helpful and it was very frustrating. I had to wait for the service advisor to finally reach out to me once the car was done.

    My car was in need of a new tire, so I went to Autonation to have it replaced. As busy as they were, they were able to accommodate me despite their busy schedule. In most cases, Saturday is a time when most businesses are busy, and these guys were no exception to that rule. The help I have received from Mike has been greatly appreciated and I would like to thank him once again.

    Excellent experience with service representative, Jonny R. (5 stars) 3 stars was given because of the almost 2hour wait time for an oil change. My service rep communicated to me that they were waiting on a oil filter. Found it odd that a chevy dealership would be out of oil filters.

    the people at automation super nice I enjoyed working with my salesman Juan Padilla. I bought the new 2023 Silverado 1500 and was told to come back if I had questions come back next day but Juan was not there. no problem asst sales manager took me to Eddie Leon who showed me all the ends and outs of the chevy plus he paired my I phone for me Eddie really has a lot of knowledge of the vehicle thanks Eddie that was awesome. awsome.i
