    Upon arriving in Mesa the check engine light came on. I called Autonation and was able to get my diesel in next day. Issue was resolved.

    Everything went good. I did come on the end of the month where it is busy for service closing out tickets. The only issue I did was I did wait for me vehicle because I lived farther away than the 10 miles the shuttle went. It was a long day, but Jonny did a great job coming and telling me what is going on.

    My first car buying experience went better than expected. The team at Chevrolet Mesa allowed me to browse vehicles without the pressure an haggle from a salesperson. Instead, when I found the vehicle I liked, Carlos had an honest conversation that allowed me to feel at ease in purchasing the vehicle. I am very happy with my new vehicle, and the entire process of buying the car went by so smoothly.

    This was the absolute worst experience I have had! Took my truck in and had nothing but problems after leading in repeat trips back to have them fix something they screwed up worse! Barry Miller the GM was rude and said "Shit Happens" when I told him how upset I was. I asked for the regional Managers Contact Info and he refused to give it to me and said " What is the Regional Gonna do for u?" I was shocked with his response!! I will Never refer or go back to AutoNation Superstition Springs location

    Okay being straight up forward no hidden agendas. Judy and Javier are the best at what they do. You can’t ask for better, customer service, knowledge meant, friendliness, professionalism. I don’t like dealerships and I don’t like buying cars but I will always return because of the way I was treated by these two. Also, Shayne, one of the bigger managers is a rockstar himself.     I just purchased a 2023 Silverado. This is the 3rd Silverado I have purchased from Auto Nation, all with the same salesman, Roberto Reyes. Roboerto is as honest as they come. No games playes, just plain honest. If you have a certain type you're looking for he will search it out and show what you want not what he wants to seel you.

However, upon inspection Robert Adams my Service Advisor informed me that my vehicle needed extensive repairs, but they were covered under warranty. I would not have known otherwise, and I am very grateful for his attention to my safety.
