    This was our first experience buying a car in AZ. We have always purchased in ND in the past. We are happy with the car we found. However there’s was not an owner’s manual with it. New vehicles have so much to learn. We asked them to get us… one but they said they could not. Interesting. We also asked to have the front license plate bracket removed since you only need one in AZ. That didn’t happen either. We removed it ourselves and of course there were holes to plug. We asked for plugs but what we received did not work. It also was not detailed well at all!! All the cup holders and compartments in the back were gross. And there was sand in the carpet. Obviously I cleaned it myself but we never received this type service in ND! Our sales lady did what she could to help. We certainly weren’t used to this type of situation. Not sure we would buy here again.

    Love Chevy cars. I would not purchase from this dealer again. Read everything before you sign. The finance guy put in extra charges without discussing with me first. Theft protection for over $600, even though I have car insurance. 4 oil… changes for $880. Absolutely ridiculous.

    We run a airport shuttle business and had yo buy a 2018 Chevy Express 3500 15-passenger used. Mr E processed our financing paper work and moved so swiftly I think we may have sat down 5 mins & was done. Lol ok it took at least 20 mins but… was so smoothly done it felt like 5 mins. We left with a payment that is managed, and insurance warranty that full protect our new inventory. We trust & greatly appreciate the service provided. Will buy again if need to.

    My Fiancé and I were looking to buy a 2023 or 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. They are extremely hard to find. AutoNation in Mesa had one on their lot so I contacted them via email/text. As we live in Peoria, I was not willing to… drive to Mesa until I was very sure we could strike a deal. We worked with Daylon Mauch. We were able to get the car we wanted at a price we were willing to pay, which was their "No Haggle" price. After a little back and forth we got what I wanted out of my trade-in.Everyone we were in contact with at the dealership was great, down to the gentleman who was detailing our new "used" car. The only downside was the extremely long wait from the time we had a deal to the time we got to the finance manager to sign the paperwork. We were cash customers so there were no loan applications or credit checks needed. Waiting close to 2 hours after the deal was made was way too long.

    It felt like dealership does not care about customer service anymore you think having a vehicle and bringing back to dealership to get repairs would be a good feeling but the service department it not concern with customer service or… customer experience.

    You schedule a repair and told upon arrival it would be 24 to 48 hours before they would look at the vehicle. This is unsatisfactory.
