What an awesome experience! We bought a 2014 Civic. I emailed 4 local dealers in the morning and Gregg responded immediately.The other dealers who did contact us wanted us to make an appt. to come in but wouldn't email us prices and information. Gregg sent an email with the prices and information we requested. No run-around - very straightforward and honest. He was very friendly, accommodating and the deal was made quickly. Eric in finance was great and the paperwork took literally 15 minutes. Eric also helped me with an issue with an outside vendor that another car dealer had sold to us but we couldn't make a claim when something happened. Before I knew it we were talking to the regional manager of that company! What service! In the end we got the car we wanted, received excellent customer service, a great price on a great car, and even a great recommendation for the best Italian restaurant where we went to eat dinner to celebrate. I can't praise this dealership enough. Thank you Gregg Gabbin and Eric Torres - you restored our faith in Car Dealerships and we have a new favorite Italian restaurant!
