    Worked with Bruce and Corey over the Internet. They didn't have the exact car we were looking for but after a few days found one and worked hard to get it. They called me on Friday and said they were going to get it, and on Saturday called to tell me it was there. Keep in mind this is all on verbal "we're close to a deal" on the numbers. We made it in Saturday afternoon and the car was pulled into the inside delivery area waiting for us. What a treat in the 110 degree heat. Bruce and Corey went above and beyond for us, and the deal worked out well, too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from AutoNation Honda in Chandler again.

    I took my car in for the first oil change and wound up having a great experience. Since my car is only just over a year old, I was figuring that all it would need was a quick oil change and out we go. Well, Tony rolled out the red carpet and definitely showed what great service is. He made sure that all software upgrades were performed and even fixed a hole in the tire free of charge. He even had the car ready 30 minutes quicker than quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back here. Great, friendly people.

    After talking with 7 valley dealerships trying to find the best deal on a new Civic, I had four tell me that they had no idea how AutoNation Honda could offer such an amazing deal and if it was a true deal to take it that day (the other two just gave up on me). I went in and did a final test drive with Tim who took me through the rest of the process. I've purchased cars through about five different dealerships in the past (Tucson and Phoenix area) and it was never as easy as it was here. Everything from filling out the paperwork, dealing with a trade in, financing; couldn't have been more painless. The facilities are well maintained and I wasn't hawked as soon as I got out of my car. I was able to walk around and look at cars for a bit without being harassed and when it was time to find Tim several people were able and eager to help. Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else and we'll likely be back for a new pilot in a year or two.

    Bought our van when SanTan Honda was just bought by AutoNation. The service experience for our previous car here was excellent. AutoNation made a lot of changes and they had a noticeable impact for customers and the level of service degraded substantially. It has been a couple of years and my last service experience was better than the past. Still not the 5 start SanTan service level, but pleased to say no issues so far with the service a had done two days ago.

    Needed brakes and alignment plus some minor recalls. They were very helpful with all my questions and concerns regarding some tire purchases and claims that they had made about my car.

    Another great service experience. Friendly people, convenient facilities to relax or work with internet if required, prompt service and very thorough on vehicle status. Very professional and customer service oriented. I always look forward to visiting AutoNation Honda in Chandler.

    While driving by I realized I hadn't had a oil change or tire rotation for a while so stopped in to see if I might be able to get these on the spur of the moment as I had free time. And yes! They were able to fit me in! Nice!

  • Lease Buyout Process Not Too Smooth!

    Watch out if you are buying out your lease from Autonation Honda in Chandler AZ. The process is sloooooow. We signed purchase paperwork two weeks ago but still keep getting calls from the leasing division of Honda. Still haven't received my purchase paperwork copies from the Chanler dealer. Finally got a call from the leasing division saying that they were turning me in for not making a lease payment! Guess I will have to make a payment to keep credit intact. Also registration was due in March and is still not paid by the dealer, even though the purchase was approved. I have been checking the MVD site for weeks now and emailing the dealer but not paid yet. I bet I will be asked to pay the late fees even though the dealer has been paid.

    I am on my fourth Honda lease for my family and my previous sales manager retired so he referred me to his replacement and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Bruce Kral was my new guy and he was excellent in all matters from helping me to check out several cars and then negotiate for the final price. It was a pleasant buying experience and I'll be back in a few months with my son to help him upgrade from his car to a new one. For price, service, and no tricky sales methods Honda Autonation is a great place to buy a car.

    I bought at new CRV this weekend. Had the good fortune to have Bruce Kral recommended to me. He was informative, helpful, and definitely not pushy. I left the dealership for a little while to think about my purchase. No pressure! When I came back, Bruce was there. His follow up call an email have helped me better understand the electronics in the car. There was no "hand-off" to a sales manager, no pressure. Thanks Bruce

    Brett Marrs, Richard Ouellete, and Jim Ginther were the best. They were so helpful and so accommodating. They responded to all sorts of odd questions from me very quickly and were very patient. Their service made car buying a good experience for me. Definitely recommend them.
