He took the time to listen to my concern's and requirements of buying a new vehicle and did not attempt to rush me into buying any specific… vehicle. He was very understanding and gracious as I test drove 3 completely different models. He worked with me for many hours before I finally made up my mind and I never felt pressured. He went out of his way to give me ways that I could make my car choice the perfect match. He was always up front and there to help. I bought a crv… ex in the color I of my choice and am having leather seats put in to make it perfect. He even put navigation using my iphone in for me. I dont believe I could have found a car at the price I could afford with the important additions being added if it wasnt for Brett. He is very patient and understanding and not at all pushy which is a plus. Thank you Brett I would certainly recommend Brett to anyone looking for a great car and and a great salesperson. I asked this and 10 other dealers for their best price on my desired vehicle, trim level, and accessories. Of all the dealers I contacted, this… is the only one that truly provided the requested information, and their price was below all others who responded. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, the sales rep was available and the car was properly equipped and prepped for delivery, with just a top-off of the tank needed after our final test drive. It only took about 2.5 hours from the time we arrived until we completed the paperwork, shook hands, and drove off with a new vehicle.Great experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler

Two of the three visits to the dealership we requested to not be bothered by a salesman, and we were left at our leisure to look at the models we were considering. On our third visit we requested… a salesman to answer some questions and we very happy to have been paired with Kaleb, Kaleb answered all of our questions without any feeling of pressure. He was accomadating to all of our concerns including us not wanting to spend hours at the dealership while negotiating. We were able to go home and do needed research to negotiate with confidence ! We completed 90% of the process from the comfort of our home ! they delivered my beautiful new car to my driveway with an offer to explain any questions I had, and made sure I knew that I can reach out at anytime with any questions I might have in the future.Easy sales experience

Our journey began with me calling up every Honda dealership and asking for an honest price quote drive out. All the other dealerships… would either not give me an honest quote over the phone, or they would give a price that was very high (probably using that as leverage to get us into their dealership), but that the price would be lower if we come in. Then I contacted AutoNations via internet. No sooner had I gotten a price quote from AutoNation via the internet, Brett Marrs called me! He gave me even a better price. When my wife and I arrived there to buy the car, it was as Brett promised. No "bait and switch" and no add ons to the price he gave us; just a straightforward deal! Very refreshing! No pressures and no seeing several other sales people that would try to sell you add ons. Jim, our finance manager was also just as pleasant as Brett. My wife and I both felt we were treated fairly and honestly. We have been a Honda family for more than 25 years now and will continue to do business with AutoNation in the future. They didn't have the color I wanted but shipped one in the same afternoon from Tucson - and compensated me for the wait! How about that for service. An all round pleasant experience.
