    I’ve taken my car in for service several times and each time Jordan is extremely helpful. I will no longer take my car to be serviced anywhere other than AutoNation Honda Chandler. Jordan truly cares about making sure the customers are well taken care of and comfortable throughout the process.

    I continue bringing my car here because it’s where I purchased it, but the service experience has been consistently frustrating. Every time I bring it in, I struggle to get in touch with a service advisor. I’m told someone will call me back, but I never receive a follow-up. To add to that, I’m asked to complete a survey after my visit yet I'm also told to skip it unless I plan to leave a perfect 5-star review, because anything less negatively affects the staff. That completely defeats the purpose of honest feedback. If surveys are only useful when they reflect perfection, how can customers voice real concerns or help the business improve?

    Scott Fort and Jake Skaggs were great. Scott got me in on time & he called Jake to come & service my car. Jake came very quick. Scott even introduced me to Jake, I’ve bought my last 4 cars from Earnhardt Toyota & this is the first time I’ve met the mechanic! They were both professional and very personable.     On Monday, August 11, 2025, around 11:00 AM, I came in for a scheduled oil change appointment for the 50 dollar coupon. During my visit, Alberto persistently tried to upsell additional services such as fluid replacements and a tire rotation, despite me clearly explaining multiple times that these had already been recently completed—even if it wasn’t reflected in their system. His approach came across as very condescending and dismissive. I ended up waiting nearly three hours for my car to be serviced. During that time, I was informed that my car battery was dead and needed replacement. I immediately raised concerns, explaining that my battery was less than a year old. Despite this, Alberto insisted that the battery was bad, attributing it to Arizona weather. I pointed out that my vehicle is kept in a climate-controlled parking garage and the battery hadn't even been through a summer yet, but my concerns were brushed aside. When I got back into my car, I turned it off and on several times and noticed that the dashboard would not even turn on when I inserted the key in the ignition. I called AAA and waited for an hour in the parking lot. Before AAA even arrived, I tested the car again—and it started without any issues. Once AAA tested the battery, they confirmed it was in perfect condition. It is clear to me that either the battery was intentionally drained or mishandled in an attempt to upsell me a replacement I did not need. I was even shown a diagram falsely indicating my battery had failed. This experience reflects extremely poor business practices, and as a result, I will not be returning. I am also considering taking legal action based on this incident.

    Lisa handled some longggg overdue maintenance on two vehicles. I am NOT a car person and this was all new for me to handle myself and she was amazing. She explained everything in detail and gave me options. Love love love her!

    Had 4 new Tires put on my 2006 Honda Pilot EX-L. They gave me an estimate of work they said needs to be done. I found it to be extremely high and I have no way of knowing if this work actually has to be done or if the estimate is being inflated. Some of the discription of the work is vague of the parts to be used. This is not the first time I have had a problem with inflated prices.

    The selling side is wonderful. The Service side not so much. Make sure you are completely informed of your car’s needs before going to the Service Department. You may come out with thousands of dollars of unnecessary services. Will never return here for Service or Purchase.

    This is an example of why I only take my car to AutoNation Honda Chandler - when my battery died I was unsure what was going on with my dashboard and I called into the Service Department where the Scheduler and Advisors helped me understand and confirmed I had a lifetime battery for my car. It was so helpful to talk to real people. I got a jump and brought it in and it was all covered - seamlessly I was on the road again! Having a great team to call, great reps and techs help me, and to have great service for my car turned a panic into a grateful day!!
