Dealership Service Review
On Monday, August 11, 2025, around 11:00 AM, I came in for a scheduled oil change appointment for the 50 dollar coupon. During my visit, Alberto persistently tried to upsell additional services such as fluid replacements and a tire rotation, despite me clearly explaining multiple times that these had already been recently completed—even if it wasn’t reflected in their system. His approach came across as very condescending and dismissive. I ended up waiting nearly three hours for my car to be serviced. During that time, I was informed that my car battery was dead and needed replacement. I immediately raised concerns, explaining that my battery was less than a year old. Despite this, Alberto insisted that the battery was bad, attributing it to Arizona weather. I pointed out that my vehicle is kept in a climate-controlled parking garage and the battery hadn't even been through a summer yet, but my concerns were brushed aside. When I got back into my car, I turned it off and on several times and noticed that the dashboard would not even turn on when I inserted the key in the ignition. I called AAA and waited for an hour in the parking lot. Before AAA even arrived, I tested the car again—and it started without any issues. Once AAA tested the battery, they confirmed it was in perfect condition. It is clear to me that either the battery was intentionally drained or mishandled in an attempt to upsell me a replacement I did not need. I was even shown a diagram falsely indicating my battery had failed. This experience reflects extremely poor business practices, and as a result, I will not be returning. I am also considering taking legal action based on this incident.
