    Johnny D. was my sales person great experience, told him what I wanted (Honda Accord) or (Honda CRV). Went with the Honda Accord no sales pressure worked with me on my trade and price of the car.

    I had the pleasure of working with Scott May, a sales man at Earnhardt Honda. I was greeted promptly and my request for a test drive on a new Insight was taken care of quickly. Throughout the "haggling" process I felt like they really wanted to do the best they could to close the deal. Scott was professional and listened to my requests. The dealership seems to want to be known as one who goes out of their way for great customer satisfaction. They did a great job as far as follow up after the deal has been closed. They still want me to be pleased with my purchase. If you go to Earnhardt, look for Scott. He is very eager to please.

    My husband and I were looking specifically for a Honda to replace our Accord we lost in a car wreck. So we had been shopping at several dealerships but were not ready to make the purchase from any of those. When I spoke with Martina T from Earnhardt's on the phone, I was convinced by her caring personality that she would treat us fairly. That was the understatement of the year, because she was not only attentative to concerns of the car we wanted, but treated us more than fair as far as price, as did Kevin, her manager. She even went the extra mile and helped us understand the advanced technological features of the Navigation system and how it works, even to the extent of setting it up with my phone and addresses. She never made us feel as if we were rushed. In fact, everyone we encountered at Earnhardt's made us feel as if we were important to them. I would highly encourage others to check out this dealership for your new or used car needs. Be sure to say hello to Martina for us!

    This is our 3rd purchase from an Earnhardt dealership. At all three we have been treated well, but this experience was the best of the three. We received a timely response from Manuel Cabrera to my e-mail request about the availability of the Odyssey model we were interested in. Manuel kept in contact with us over the next few days and had a sales manager call me with a “out the door” price that was better than others we had received. We set up an appointment after a brief conversation Manuel turned us over to his sales partner, Bill Kopta since Bill was better acquainted with the features of the 2011 Odyssey. The test drive, the final agreement on price, and the paperwork all went smoothly. After the actual purchase Bill Kopta spent approximately one hour explaining the many features of the Odyssey Touring Elite to us and answering any questions we had. The sales contract called for Earnhardt Honda to obtain side moldings for the Odyssey and install them at no additional cost to us. The moldings were there within a day and they were installed two days later, the first day we could bring the car in. (We highly recommend the side moldings for all new Odysseys – they protect the sides from door dings and, we think, add to the beauty of the vehicle.) We highly recommend Earnhardt Honda, Manuel Cabrera and Bill Kopta to anyone considering the purchase of a new Honda.

    I like to commend on DC C.'s exemplary customer service and professionalism during my recent visit to Earnhardt Honda. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Odyssey. There were no high-pressure selling that I am accustomeid to at most dealerships. DC was very courteous, honest and patient throughout my entire buying experience. I walked away driving a very beautiful vehical and a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you DC and Earnhardt Honda for this excellent experience. I would definitely recommend you to friends and families.

  • Best car buying experience yet

    After several weeks looking to get a used car going from dealer to dealer and playing the game of the usual Van Tyle type sales pitch, my wife and I ended up giving it one more shot. We went to Larry Miller VW with an appointment and the salesman was not even there. After wasting 30 minutes not finding a car we wanted in our price range we left exhausted from a long day. Thinking that instead of wasting our trip we could try one more place. The first place we saw was Earnhardt Honda. Of course being hesitant about a sales guy approaching us not knowing the internet pricing on a car we just wanted to look. Camren came up to us and added no pressure to us looking and let us steer our car choice as we wanted. We couldn't decide on a vehicle at that time so we let them run our credit to get us pre-approved. Being 9 at night there was not a definite answer so I offered to have Camren call me the next day with the results. The following day he called and said we actually got approved for a lease on a brand new Honda. WOW! After work we went straight down there and got all the paperwork ready. All we had to do is pick the color we wanted. They were able to get us through the finance side so quick thanks to Double G and had such a friendly feeling afterwards that we will absolutely refer all of our friends down there to see these great guys.

    I bought my new Blue 2013 Honda Civic from Marvin D at Earnhardt Honda. It was a great experience. This is the 3rd car I have bought at Earnhardt and I will only take my car there to be serviced. Great place.

    My wife & I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord from Earnhardt Honda last week and had a very pleasant experience with our purchase. Rafi J was our contact for the past couple of months. We recently moved to Arizona from Wisconsin and communicated by phone a number of time's. Rafi answered all of our questions that we had with no pressure to make the purchase.     I felt that we were treated with respect by all staff. The process of buying the vehicle we bought was expedited in as many way's as possible. It was extremely hot outside and I to don't tolerate the heat well. My salesman, Mr Don Staples and Kevin (do not have his last name)were very patient with me, and helped me not have to endure the heat any more than i had to! We were looking for a used CR-V and ended up liking a new one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I am 62 and have purchased my share of cars through the years, my daughter needed to purchase a vehicle. We went to several dealerships prior to Earnhardt Honda, I was more than discusted with sales department, all they wanted to do was run her credit report even without her finding a car she was interested in. Was ready to give up, but decided to stop at Earnhardt before going home. We had the honor of meeting Matthew Ranger, he was wonderful, not only knowledgeable about the cars he sold but the auto industry in general. He was wonderful no pressure, no pushing, no rushing to get us to made a decision. and when we did, he spent so much time with us explaining all options regarding financing, and helped us to obtain what we could live with, like so many of us money is tight. What a wonderful person Mr Ranger was, we have called him several times with what most would consider stupid questions, ones that most would not need to ask, but always so kind, always willing to assist us no matter what. If anyone is interested in purchasing a Honda before you do you owe it to yourself to take a trip to Earnhardt and make sure you request Mr. Matthew Ranger, I do promise you will not be disappointed you did. If there was a way we could give him the praise he more than deserves I would love to do so. We can only hope for those of you looking to purchase a car, you take the time to talk with him. I have referred Matthew Ranger to several people that we know, I would not refer them to anyone else I have had dealings with in the past several years. I just hope he is there when it comes time for us to purchase another car. Mr. Ranger we want to thank you, for your outstanding assistance in helping us make a big decision of purchasing a car. If only this great big world could get to know you what a wonderful world we would live in. Once again thank you we both been very honored to have the chance to work with such a special sales consultant, just a little warning, now that we have found you, you will just have to put up with us we will be back to do business with you in the future.     I leased a 2013 Honda CR-V yesterday from this fantastic dealership. Mr Rafi J assisted me from start to finish. The whole transaction took less than 2 hours that is inclusiveof the financing paperwork. For folks who have had the automobile buying experience, you all know this is not the nrom. The professionalism, courtesy, and customer care displayed by Rafi is unprecedented in the auto selling industry. Based on the other positive comments I have seen here and other websites, Rafi is not an anomaly at this dealership. If you are looking for a HONDA and want to be treated like a customer should be treated go get RAFI and have him assist you with your search and purchase. What a refreshing experience in this day and age of deteriorating customer care and downright business professionalism. Will definitely recommend to ALL my friends, neighbors and strangers. The reviews do not lie, they are that good.

  • internet purchase at Earnhardt Honda/Earnhardt Toyota

    A painless purchase from Earnhardt, I conducted the entire search via internet, not talking to a car salesman until an OTD price for a unique VIN was determined and priced. Earnhardt Toyota was low bid for the Corolla and Earnhardt Honda was low for Honda Civic LX. Subash at Toyota dealer arranged for Francisco R to handle our purchase of a 2013 Honda Civic LX. process was smooth. Best way to handle internet purchase is a cash no trade deal; it makes comparisons easy. After agreement on price all went very smoothly.

  • Great Service and No Bull

    After being jerked around at another Valley Honda dealership and was told "There is no where in the state of Arizona" that I was going to find a Civic in the color I wanted I called Earnhardt Honda and spoke with Rafi J. Rafi said he had the car I wanted and he was able to beat the price of the other dealer and he told me there was a $500 Honda rebate that the first dealer neglected to mention. When I got to Earnhardt Rafi was friendly and accommodating but best of all there was absolutely 'no bull''. It was so nice to be talked to like an intelligent person. The entire process was very streamlined and painless and Rafi answered all of my questions. With this level of service and the great prices, I would definitely recommend Rafi and Earnhardt Honda.

  • We bought our 5th & 6th cars in 4 years Friday.

    My low tire pressure light came on so we stopped in to get it taken care of. Of course we wander in to look at cars. Andy G' the "funny"salesman came over to talk to us. He said," I can get you into a new car today." Our cars were only 17 mos. old so we knew we couldn't get a new car so we challenged him to try. NOT SO FAST. We drove out with 2- 2013 brand spanking new Civic Hybrids at 4:00 pm Friday Oct. 11th. We talked through a lot of possible options with Leo R, sales manager and Andy and got one that fit our financial needs. It took about 6 hours so don't get discouraged and just leave. Have patience and let them work their magic. If we had left, we wouldn't be in our new cars and would have been in worse shape when it came time to trade in our cars down the road. Talk to them about leasing. Talk to them about the hybrids. The mileage is great. Leasing is a much better way now a days and we are getting a check for the equity (which we were lucky to have) we had in our cars. Our payments went down, we're getting a check back and as long as we don't walk away at the end of the lease, we don't have to worry (without getting stupid of course) about the miles we drive for work. What a win win deal for all. Leo and Andy were so patience, thoughtful, understanding and funny to work with, but in the end, they got it done. If it can be done, they will get it done. Just have some patience and faith. Go see Andy and Leo today. Our service with them has been great with no issues. Leo's son Leonard R is our service advisor. Just make sure you communicate and listen to what they're saying so there are no issues at the end of your service. Communication works both ways...neither parties can read the others minds so communicate what you want done, and check your service done sheet when you check out to make sure everything got done. If things are not done, ask about it politely. No one likes to be talked down to, yelled at, or just be treated disrespectfully. Talk with your service advisor. Communication does work.

    Most of my car buys have been through honda and Zeus has always been the guy to close the deal, he's an easy going guy so doing business feels less stressful. Great to test drive with, if seeing how fast the car takes off when you floor it is what will take to make you fall in love with the car then thats what we're goin to do

    After visiting another dealer and to my dismay , they bumped the price of the agreed offer, and lied about my finance. I decided to visit Earnhardt Honda and meet Joe L . This was by far a different culture of dealership. The smoothest transaction ever. Joe L delivered all what was promised and then some. I got my Honda CRV from Earnhardt! Visit them , it is worth the drive.
