Needed help and got it!

Earnhardt Honda was recommended by an employee. He stated that the general manager, Joey S operates a customer friendly… environment and the management team is easy to deal with. Although not my first choice, I went and test drove a 2014 Honda Pilot. Their sales team was excellent at demonstrating the features and benefits of the SUV. After the test drive the negotiating process was as easy as having an honest conversation. In simple terms I had a budget, and they helped me stay within it. Thanks to Joey S, Bonnie P, Tommy S, and the entire Earnhardt Honda Team. I needed to get into a safe driving situation, and it wouldn't of happened without your help! A friendly, genuine person and a very fine professional. Additionally Art's boss, the General Manager Chad Chicon honored all… commitments and extra requests including replacement of a skid plate at the dealerships expense. I drove from the San Antonio, TX area to Phoenix to hand over my Ford F150 King Ranch in trade and to pick up this 4 Runner. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours and back on the road returning to Texas. The Earnhardt team including Art, Chad and their Finance Manager had everything organized and ready. There were no delays or "hitches". Everything was done "as promised". Excellent service. I am 64 years old and have purchased lots of vehicles over the years and this is was one of the most trouble free transactions I have ever experienced. Many thanks to the Earnhardt Honda team! After reading an article about the "cross over" vehicles I was interested in choosing one as our next vehicle. I watched when out and noticed different makes and models. The Honda… CR-V was my favorite. I emailed the dealer on Sunday and received a response very quickly. On Monday after a short conversation with Art we drove over and within an hour or so our paperwork was finished and we had the key to our new CR-V. Art, our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. When all was agreed on, we basically just had to drive down, sign the papers, and drive back home. I first contacted Earnhardt Honda through their website chat feature to inquire if they had the Honda Fit with a manual transmission. Jasmine on chat said they did and someone… from Internet sales would contact me soon. Dennis called me less then an hour later and asked some questions. Promised me an email quote with an Out the Door price. I received the email soon after the phone call. The price was good, we put a hold payment on the car to hold it until the weekend, as live a couple of hours away from the dealership. When we got to the dealership the car was ready, Dennis had all the paperwork ready for us and Louis took care of the finance paper work very quickly. we were out of the dealership in about an hour with our new car. Worth every mile of the 135 mile one way drive to get such excellent treatment. Dennis Farrell, Kevin and Louis were all very nice and professional. I would recommend Dennis and the Earnhardt team to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I will be contacting Dennis when I am ready to buy my next car.Extremely Satisfied Buyer

They treated my family and I like we were long time VIP customers, even though this was our very first visit. We… had gone to a couple of other dealerships in the area and were VERY dissatisfied. As a matter of fact, we went to one of those dealerships a half dozen times and they never seemed to be able to give us what we want at the price we want. I am very happy to say that DC (and team) worked very hard to not only stay at the price we wanted, but get us a vehicle that exceeded our expectations! He was giving me almost over a $100 a month from what Arrowhead was giving me on a 12 Civic EX-L. Needless to say I went with… Arrowhead and was even given a ride from home, 30 miles to the dealership coz the wife had errands. My buddy bought a 12 Accord LX from Arrowhead the week prior too. He lives in Chandler :-)
