Love the truck, been doing research and comparisons for two years now. Also had my eye on Gateway and chose the dealer for its customer service history. I had a great salesperson.

    Very courteous. I was in with no waiting and my vehicle was serviced immediately. A half hour later I was on my way home. A very nice experience. Thank you.

    Superceeded my expectations and prior experiences with car dealers.Absolutely impressed with customer service and will definitely return for future purchases. I have been bragging about this dealer and will continue to pass on the good word about this Chevrolet dealer and its employees.

    They were the only dealer around Phoenix that had what I was looking for, a 2015 Colorado Z71 4x4. Other dealers said they had one but when I got there , they did not. Very misleading. Gateway was honest and didn't waste my time.

    I had Erik Michel as my salesman, and Steve as my finance guy and both guys made it a quick and easy process. I loved not feeling pressured, and I walked out of there with everything I needed.

    I needed a new battery for my Camaro and it was taken care of very quickly and very professionally. Robert gave our family great customer service.

    The service was excellent. Even thou there was a small problem getting the parts, the service righter always kept me informed. It was a nice touch getting the car back washed. Thank You

    I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation. It took 2 hours. The service technician was accurate on the wait of time. I was informed the cabin filter needed replacement. I believe I was charged for labor twice. If this is normal practice, I believe this is taking advantage of the consumer. How difficult is it to change a cabin filter? I have done business with Gateway for years and this concerns me.

    The whole experience was wonderful. Tony and his Jolle were so good to work with. No high pressure sales, very patient and understanding of our decision making process, they made us feel very comfortable. We appreciated not having the "car salesman experience" we had during the week at other dealerships. Thank you for all your help. We love our new Traverse!

    My service rep Dwight greeted me right away, he was extremely friendly. The time it took was amazing, I had a different make of car in the past and at one time waited 2 hours with an appointment. I stopped going there for my oil change. I will stay with Gateway!!

    miles sidner is a wealth of knowledge and spent 2.0 hours to track down an intermittent problem ,and fixed it when no one else could,an automotive expert in my opinion,my self having 37 yrs in the dealership buissness!

    Went in for a normal 100K service but mentioned a vibration in the morning. After looking under the hood with Robert Hermendez, we thought it was the fuse box cover. However, he decided to have the technician check more. The technician found a broken bolt on the engine mount so I was happy they caught it before the problem resulted in more problems.

    I had a good experience on the 1st half of buying my NEW TRUCK. Your sales man Jovanni Rodriguez did a very good job, he helped me pick out the right truck for me. I will pass out his card info to my friends and family, who are looking for a car or truck. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE 2nd HALF OF MY EXPERIENCE AT GATEWAY CHEVROLET. Your financial people and the department that handles the paper work did a bad job. I had to call and ask for the name of the loan company that is taking the loan. I talked with Steve and it took him two days to get back to me. I call Jovanni Rodriguez and and he called me back in two hours. Also Frank who did the loan paperwork was NOT helpful at all. The next day I wanted to cancel the gap insurance. He told me I could not just cancel with out paying a $50.00 fee. He also told me the Ariz dose not have a three day cancellation policy. It's two weeks now and I am still waiting for someone to call me about the truck bed liner.

    I have been having a problem 2014 Z71 truck that I perched at Midway Chevrolet. I had extremely poor service at that establishment. They seem to be just to big to care, also the GM. Dave Foranger seems to be some what un-ethical. I see nothing that resembles that at all at your facility. Nick Brown has went above and beyond to clean up the mess that mid-ways service department made when trying to repair my vehicle. I am currently still trying to solve a on going problem with my 2014 truck that has been with the front passenger seat. It has been squeaking and rattling from day one. hopefully moving forward Gateway and its Team of professionals can help me resolve my problems with my 1 year old truck. thank you Bob Dunkinson [Phone number removed]

    The service advisor was polite and courteous. Also there was an employee who came up to me and told me that I could contact her if I had any problems with the advisor or service. She was very nice and sweet!

    Tony Rosales & Steve who assisted Tony, along with Steve Alvarran all assisted us in our purchase were all extremely helpful, understanding, & wonderful to work with. They found us exactly what we were looking for which other Chevy dealerships we had visited could not. We love our Colorado and very pleased with our service and the way we were treated. THANK YOU

    The whole process was great we were only there about 4 hours and found the truck we wanted with the help of some great salespeople . couldn't of asked for a better out come .

    It was a very fast service , I was in and out within 50 minutes , at least 3 eployees rememberd my name and offered if they could do anything for me. Great People!
