I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation. It took 2 hours. The service technician was accurate on the wait of time. I was informed the cabin filter needed replacement. I believe I was charged for labor twice. If this is normal practice, I believe this is taking advantage of the consumer. How difficult is it to change a cabin filter? I have done business with Gateway for years and this concerns me.
