Love the truck, been doing research and comparisons for two years now. Also had my eye on Gateway and chose the dealer for its customer service history. I had a great salesperson.

There was a long line and as i pulled up i thought to myself " awe man, im gonna be here forever" i was literally there 5 minutes. I liked the fact that they had someone… come take my info and took my keys right away. I still had time to eat my lunch. Great service. ThanksGreat

I was very disappointed that it took over a week before I had to call and speak with the manager David in… the service department. He was very helpful and was able to work with my time frame on when I could bring my vehicle in. I also worked with Janelle who turned my experience into a great one. by JamieHumphrey1 on 09/18/2015updated 11/03/2015Well, I bought my 2014 chevy cruze over a year ago here at the Gateway dealership and even buying my car was a great experience got my car at a 2% rate. can't beat it!! now, service wise i needed to get my car an oil change. wait was a bit… long, but the job was done. a little bit after i left to handle errands i started my car and it started making a sweaking noise from the front. i called to let them know what was happening and a little bit after that they called me back to have me bring my car in to check it. which to me was great. i've taken my car to another chevy dealer for servicing and didn't get as good as services as gateway! as i took my car back i left in a loaner car quick. I am very pleased in the help from alvaro who is getting the job done, Thank you Gateway..really great work

As we drove, he was very thorough going over every feature, in which I appreciate, made my life a whole lot easier. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, gave me the BEST deal I could find.
