Robert Hernandez went above @ beyond his scope as service manager. His focus on ensuring i had repairs completed on time and remaining after hours to ensure vehicle ready! He receives my highest recommendation to customer service and exemplifies what Gateway should do for all customers! He is nothing short of amazing and sets the example for all other srrvice managers.
