When I called the first 2 times prior to being seen I left a message on 2 different peoples voicemails who did not respond back to me. I was very disappointed that it took over a week before I had to call and speak with the manager David in the service department. He was very helpful and was able to work with my time frame on when I could bring my vehicle in. I also worked with Janelle who turned my experience into a great one. All of the needs that my veichle needed was solved. Thank you Janelle and David for turning my frustrating experience into a GREAT one.
