    The only thing I was disappointed in was they tried to say my transmission was leaking. I park in a garage and have never seen a drop on the floor. Other than that, the work was done quickly.

    We were looking for a new car for a while, finally the Mrs. decided on a new Chevy Traverse. We live out in Kodiak so we set up with South Anchorage to look at their cars and stay within our price range. Not only did they not have what we were looking for, I asked their salesman about other Chevy cars in the area, which he said he had access to, and nothing extra popped up. We figured better so we looked online and found a deal better than we had originally wanted (better model) in the colors we wanted. I called and spoke to Breau. He was very courteous and professional, and set me up with a better price than was already listed. At this point I was already happy, but when he put me in contact with his salesperson Katherine, the experience ran even smoother. She knew we were on a time crunch to get back to Kodiak, so she helped us start paperwork on our way up to Wasilla. The paperwork was pretty much completed, she had the car already pulled up and warmed up with keys in hand for me to inspect, and was very polite as well. Breau, Katherine, and Matt all stayed after their designated hours to ensure the paperwork was done right, the vehicle was fueled up, and that we were completely satisfied! I walked away with some business cards I can hand out to anyone I know looking to buy a new car. This was my first great car buying experience, 4th car we've purchased from a dealership. By the way, we left with a way better deal than what TrueCar said we should have paid. Check them out, look online, and ask for Katherine.

    We had such a wonderful experience with Chevy in Wasilla, AK. Our sales rep Jessie Dietz was amazing to work with. She wasn't pushy and made sure we had everything right to make sure we were happy.

    Reid in the service department is always helpful. It's nice to feel that someone is watching out for me... making sure my vehicle is taken care of.

    It was a very busy tire time and it did take a while but it was the first snowfall we had. They took a little longer than I expected. But they wanted to make sure balanced tires were good. I had to pick up my daughter from work and they were not done. So a service person took busy time off and personally went out of his way to take me over to pick her up. Thanks so much as I know this was tough to do as it was busy. Bless his heart. That's service!

    The service time for changing the oil on my vehicle was really slow. Having worked at a oil change spot, I don't understand how an oil change can take 1 hour. Luckily a sales associate was able to take my mind away from the time to show me a couple new vehicles on his computer. He showed me the 2015 Chevy Colorado and the Chevy Trax. I feel like the sales associate should get the proper appreciation while the service area should get the proper correction. The last 5 minutes of the oil change, I came out to the service area where you have vending machines and what came across my eyes? A service technician leaning against a toolbox messing with his phone, and nothing happening to my vehicle. I guess after his eye caught mine, another technician checked the tire pressure and then lowered my car from the lift and pulled the vehicle out. I'm only giving a 3-star rating and a 6 for recommending your dealership because of the sales associate, not your service center.

    This is the first time that I have used the service dept and was totally happy with my experiece there. They treated me with respect and listened to my problem and got me in and out on a timely manner. As a business owner this ment a lot to me as my business is run out of my new truck and they help me to do it in style!

    Our van was overheating. Had it towed to CHEVROLET of WASILLA, and were satisified with the honesty, service and price. Should we ever need service again, we would bring it there. We will also consider them when buying our second vehicle. Thank You to all who serviced us and God Bless!

    Outstanding dealer. After closing the deal on the new 2013 Volt I went home and ran the VIN # and found that this car was listed at a much lower price as a three day internet special. I call my dealer and they changed to the lower price. After the Costco + USAA +dealer rebates and the $7500 tax rebate, I paid about $21,000. I have driven at -13F and it is warm in side. This is a great little car and fun to drive. I my have to get one next year. Brock my salesman was great.
