Dealership Service Review
The service time for changing the oil on my vehicle was really slow. Having worked at a oil change spot, I don't understand how an oil change can take 1 hour. Luckily a sales associate was able to take my mind away from the time to show me a couple new vehicles on his computer. He showed me the 2015 Chevy Colorado and the Chevy Trax. I feel like the sales associate should get the proper appreciation while the service area should get the proper correction. The last 5 minutes of the oil change, I came out to the service area where you have vending machines and what came across my eyes? A service technician leaning against a toolbox messing with his phone, and nothing happening to my vehicle. I guess after his eye caught mine, another technician checked the tire pressure and then lowered my car from the lift and pulled the vehicle out. I'm only giving a 3-star rating and a 6 for recommending your dealership because of the sales associate, not your service center.
