    When you walk into service and they know you by name it makes you feel like your being taken care of. I was greeted professionally and was told if I could get my vehicle in by a certain time I would get it back in the same day and I did. Consumers don't expect a lot just honest work at a reasonable price. They under promised and over achieved and the formula for satisfied service customers is really that simple. Thanks again Bruce for everything you and your team did, Josh.

    When leasing a new BMW do not go to this dealer. From my experience, they did not honor agreed upon car values,they were manipulative of customers and I am now paying more per month than I should..

    Happy with the service and car. The only thing I'm wishing for is a remote start! Almost kicked myself after buying the car and then finding out it couldn't be done. How can BMW come so far technologically but not have that figured out! I love my X3 35i but please BMW get with the times and give us a remote start option.

    Went to Bmw of anchorage just to take a look, unsure if I was going to update to a newer vehicle. A very helpful gentlemen by the name of Jack showed me a few options, and I was convinced. that night was hard to sleep and not in a bad way. Next morning I went in and although Jack wasn't there a great gentlemen by the name of kurtis did the rest to help me get my new baby haha thanks jack and kurtis of anchorage Bmw

    The folk here are always amazing. Bruce was awesome as always, thanks buddy! Kong is very helpful, welcomes you with a smile and willing to go above and beyond to help you. Katlin was very helpful and very professional. Thanks again guys!!

    I originally made an appointment on 3/28 to have my vehicle be diagnosed for the auto stabilizer issue. I was told the right pneumatic spring needed replacement as well as other maintenance to the vehicle are needed. Before leaving on 3/28, I made an appoint for 4/11 to bring my vehicle back in for the pneumatic replacement and maintenance ( brake fluid service, oil and filter change). I brought my car in on 4/11 before 8am. I was told the car should be ready by end of the day, it wasn't until 4/14 that my car was ready for pick. Some parts to the replacement had to be ordered. Two weeks should have been ample time to have parts available after knowing the reason why I was making the appointment for 4/11. I also requested a loaner, which wasn't ready. I had to wait for the loaner to be cleaned and washed.

    I originally planning on buying a MB but not too happy with the CS I received. The BMW employees (Ryan Kime and Phyllis Halverson and John in Finance) are very helpful during the whole process of purchading my X1 2016. They both have addressed any concerns and questions I had. I appreciated their professional and positive attitude!

    Bruce Pedersen was most helpful. He even went the extra mile to make sure a small blemish on the exterior surface of the car was polished out, per my asking. It is so nice to have a friendly service advisor...and to be treated like a person (not a number). The attitude at BMW is very warm. What a difference it makes!

    Phyllis did a great job of selling me a beautiful car, I couldn't be happier....except I found out that I cannot have an auto start put on the vehicle. This is a bit of a distress because when the weather in Fairbanks gets cold, it could get really cold. Other than this problem, I am enjoying my car, which I have only had for one week!

    Good job in getting me to buy your product. But when I talked with John, who took my check for the car, he made me realize that by buying a BMW I had made a smart choice in buying a SAFE car for our Alaskan road conditions. I was feeling ambivalent about ordering a new car until I spoke with John.

    I took my car in to the BMW dealership to have my yearly service completed. They were friendly, professional, and completed the work in the time frame promised. Overall I was satisfied with my experience and all work completed met my expectations.

    It appears that the problem has been fixed. ?...except todaythe same error message appeared "engine can not start because remote not activated". This time the engine was running and did not stop, previously this message appeared when the engine was offdand then it would not start. This time it was running and kept running. I am not sure that this car will be reliable. My wife believes that her lexus is far superior.

    Ansel was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our first purchase of a BMW 335i. Throughout the test drives he made sure we understood the vehicle but let it speak for itself and not pushing for a sale. I would gladly send someone his way for a new BMW.

    I have owned several BMWs that I purchased from BMW of Anchorage. I continue to receive excellent courteous service. I asked to have my oil changed, but Bruce, my service advisor said I didn't need an oil change yet, and that I would be wasting my money to have it done now. My extremely dirty car was clean and shiny when I picked it up. My repairs were completed as agreed.
