I originally made an appointment on 3/28 to have my vehicle be diagnosed for the auto stabilizer issue. I was told the right pneumatic spring needed replacement as well as other maintenance to the vehicle are needed. Before leaving on 3/28, I made an appoint for 4/11 to bring my vehicle back in for the pneumatic replacement and maintenance ( brake fluid service, oil and filter change). I brought my car in on 4/11 before 8am. I was told the car should be ready by end of the day, it wasn't until 4/14 that my car was ready for pick. Some parts to the replacement had to be ordered. Two weeks should have been ample time to have parts available after knowing the reason why I was making the appointment for 4/11. I also requested a loaner, which wasn't ready. I had to wait for the loaner to be cleaned and washed.
