  • Purchased a new car

    I was a basket case. My car was in the process of dying, and I had to swap it out before I was truly ready to do so. My sales rep, Mostafa, helped me out. The staff walked me through the process, answered my questions, and put me at ease. Not once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of. Thank you for your patience in dealing with me and helping me into a new Mach E. Loving the car.

  • Cruze

    Well I was searching for a used vehicle for almost 2 weeks. Decided to stop in here to look at a Red Chevrolet Cruze. They dropped the price by 1000 to make it happen. 6200 out the door. I test drove it, everything was good. Now it’s week two after purchasing the Cruze, and its transmission is now giving me problems. The first week I heard from the dealership twice to see if I was happy and to see how it was running. And it was great. Now, I can feel the transmission not wanting to shift properly, and Ive text and emailed about it, and they have given me the cold shoulder. . I’m already looking at having to save up for a new tranny.

    I was looking for a car at another dealership but stopped in to see what they had on their lot. They found a better car for a better price in their HUGE inventory at another location, but I chose another car from their lot. They gave me a very fair trade and covered the cost of an out of warranty repair 24 hours after purchase as a courtesy for my inconvenience when they were closed for the weekend. They were one of the better dealers to work with and I’ve bought a lot of used vehicles over the years!

    Nelson Bryant was the worst. His word to us means absolutely nothing. He said one thing and did the other. I would never buy another car from here nor recommend this place of business to anyone.

    AutoNation Ford was very patient, informative and knowledgeable. My daughter was buying her 1st car and everyone made her feel at ease and explained how the process works, especially the finance department. It took us several days to make a decision and everyone was very understanding and patient as this is a huge step for my daughter.

  • Not as expected, but ended well

    When I scheduled the Works service with the customer service representative by phone, I expected just that; however, when service was completed, it was only an oil change. My service at the dealer was comped so all ended well but I will have to go back.

  • Break down

    We were on vacation 500 miles from home. As we're heading home our car began to miss, backfire and would not do more than 30mph. We were able to make it to Autonation ford in Mobile. Since it was Saturday the service writer told us they didn't have but a few techs working, but they would see what they could. The service writer continually updated us and reassured us that they would take care of us " not to worry". After two hours he said it was a connector that was no longer making good connections. Unfortunately they did not stock this part but the service tech said he thought he voted fix it. An hour later and the car was running great, showing no service codes. We cannot stress how nice everyone was through out the experience. They were truly a blessing to us that Saturday! We made it home without a another problem.

  • Valve body replacement with a new molden lead frame.

    Work seems good. How ever I just paid for a part that was supposed to be under warranty ( molden lead frame ) so I believe that I paid $250 more for part that was a warranty. Auto Nation got me again . Truck performance is good .
