He had patience in showing me the various options and at the end of the day, I walked away getting a beautiful Nissan Roque.Great Experience!

However, at my age (53) I looked at the first offer (which was not the final offer I am sure) briefly, stood up and walked away. I did have to go get my keys for my current… car from the sales manager's office (another of the sales techniques used). Why do people dislike car buying? This is why. I suppose enough people will stand/sit and debate the process is the reason these tactics are still used. I am not one of them.Bought a Nissan Pathfinder Platium 2013

It took us awhile to get our car, my husband had to call the manager there who got us the car. Also we never got the tent we were… promised. But overall buying the vehicle was pleasnt.Great Dealership

by Raymond70 on 11/22/2014Im not good at buying a car. I have never mastered the art of negotiation. I dont do well with bantering or haggling over a purchase of anything! Arguing is not my thing. Ive heard many horror stories by friends who have… failed in attempting to negotiate a bargon. I sympathize with people who have never learned to bicker and quibble with a good salesman. However, I have recently learned that its actually unfair to label all car salesmen as smooth-talking, clever dealers of high-priced goods. When I bought my new car from Serra Nissan I wanted economy, efficiency, attractiveness, and the assurance that I was getting the best value for my money. I simply expected a bargain, and I didnt want to dicker over sticker price and automotive accessories with a glib windbag in order to make a purchase. I was surprised: At Serra Nissan my questions were answered by an individual who knew the product like the back of his hand. And, recalling my experience, I remember being gently guided in making a number of decisions. I never felt tricked, or pressured. Actually, I was reassured in every step of my transaction by an advisor who had my best interest in mind. At Serra Nissan I discovered that salesmanship is an honorable, uniquely skilled craft. I liked that. Ill be back. Serra Nissan has my recommendation!Wonderful service!

A great choice in vehicle for those worried and safety. I have had my vehicle… for over a year with minimum expenses for this vehicle; Thus far only having to pay for tire rotation and oil change.Happy with my service
