Poor customer service

The customer service at this dealership is horrible, I tried to get the Onstar Premium Package activated on my truck that is included with every new Escalade. I got the run around from the salesman, the sales manger and the general manager too. Cadillac was very helpful and resolved my issue within a few hours. Buy a Cadillac elsewhere as Autonation Cadillac doesn't care about customer satisfaction!

2016 Escalade Cruise Control

The cruise control sensing module had to be replaced. Brad was my service writer and was very accommodating. The cost was a little more than I expected, The part was in stock and turn around time was good. Dropped the car off at 3:00 pm and picked it up the following day.

Bought my lease

Took 4 hours to complete a simple buyout. Got it all the paperwork incorrect. Had us wait 4 hours in the corner of the showroom and made us feel like they were doing us a favor. Tried to even tack on 150 fee. Just a rotten experience from start to finish and from everyone we met there. Still haven't gotten my title because they forget to scan my license and I had to email it to them.

Was purchasing a used truck for my company. Found trucks online that fit my criteria at 3-4 different dealerships. Mr Kelly from Autonation was honest and upfront from the very beginning about price and timetable to have done. Other dealerships wouldn’t give me price or said I’d get best price when I came in to dealership. Mr Kelly did a great job communicating at all times and had truck ready for me when he said he would. Drove over 3 hours to get truck when I’m surrounded by other car dealers near me. Such a great transaction that Mr Kelly is looking for me another truck right now!

Misdiagnosed and lied to

On 12/06/23 I had an appointment to have a diagnostic test.on my vehicle I informed the service consultant I needed brake pads. After about a hour he returned with an estimate of 1400$ for a new battery brake pads and new rotors after looking at the estimate he presented I told him that I had just checked my rotors before I arrived at Autonation West palm beach and there was not a need for new rotors he replied that brake pads can not be changed without replacing the rotors. I told him that was not true and to remove the rotors from the estimate given to me. Upon his return he brought a new estimate totaling 1200$. My replied was how is it you removed 700$ from the 1400$ estimate and the total is still 1200$. He said oh they forgot to add some things the 1st time. I said give me my keys this place is a scam and I woild never return. He said ok the will be 274$ I asked for what he replied for diagnosis. He said we told you you needed a battery and brake pads and rotors. Aftrr I paid the 274$ and left. I went down the street to autozone to have the battery tested there was nlno need for a new battery my atlernater was bad not the battery. The battery was in fact good..So I paid 274$ to.be lied to overcharged and misdiagnosed. These people are terrible and will never get my business again. I.will tell everyone I know to stay away bad business. .

At first it was very hard getting through to speak with someone one of the service gentleman call me back and left the same number that I was calling a couple of times and getting the same response. My car was towed in overnight on a Friday evening, So the safety for my car what’s outstanding but the communication was not so good, but I took it upon myself and came to the service area at AutoNation and showed them my warranty on the car because when I did speak to someone They could not pull it up in the system, but all in all the service was great. My car came back running in good condition I hope because I just drove it home it is cleaned and it’s washed and I think you guys very much and Mr. Wilson was my service advisor. He is great.
