    The salesman, Taylor was friendly, honest and didn't push too hard to make the sale. Without asking, he offered to let me take one of the cars I was interested in off of the lot and keep it overnight (was not offered at other dealerships). This gave me an opportunity to better determine if this car was right for me.

    I had a wonderful experience back on 12/8/18 with Rubin Lapidus. He is an amazing listener among having other great qualities. I was in a very unique situation where I purchased a vehicle, but a week later found that the vehicle was not going to workout for me at that time. It was something personal on my end. Rubin, along with Matt Clarkson, Joe Kaye (upper management were able to purchase the vehicle back from me through Chase Mazda. Typically, that does not happen with any dealership. I was having something installed on the vehicle where I never drove it off the lot or got it titled in my name, so they went outside the box and got creative with the finance company. I have never had an experience at a car dealership like Med Mazda in 27 years. Everyone was so kind and actually cared to make sure I was a happy customer. The next car I wind up purchasing will 110% be with them. I definitely hope Rubin is still there. I drove an hour and a half just to go see them the first time. Now, I would drive longer just for peace of mind knowing that i'm not just a number or a $ sign. I recommend anyone in the Mazda family to check this dealership out. You will not be sorry you did. Kudos for the whole team at Mazda Med for making my experience one I will never forget. Best wished. I'm looking forward to my next purchase. Joe K.

    We had a great experience. Went into Mazda to discuss our previous lease and what our options were. We were greeted nicely and then Will L. (someone we have previously worked with) greeted us. Will discussed our options with us and then took us for a test drive in a new CX-5. We worked out new lease terms and are very happy with our purchase. Everything went very smoothly.

    I could not be more pleased with my experience at Med Center Mazda. Eddie was my salesperson and he was amazing. I didn't feel pressured to buy at any point. What made the experience even better was I was able to complete the transaction in 2 hours. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I will for sure be recommending Eddie and Med Center Mazda to everyone I know. I now find myself creating excuses to drive my car and for someone who hates to drive that's pretty MAJOR! Thank you Eddie and thank you Med Center Mazda!

  • THE WORST FIRST TIME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.

    I bought an used car here January 2015. Problem #1: I wasn't able to register my car until April because they (or someone since no one likes to take ownership) kept losing my title!!! It took me threatening to email corporate before they took the initiative to make sure I received it. Problem #2: In January 2016, my 2014 vehicle started overheating at idle. Fast forward to May 2016, I have taken my car to get 'fixed' FOUR times since the first overheating occurrence. Come to find out my engine has been replaced with a junk yard engine!!!!! I called Med Madza and was told this is my problem. A car with a junk yard engine isn't worth anything!! Definitely not worth the money I paid!!! Also, my car had a "clean" carfax. THE WORST FIRST TIME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.

    I recently decided to re-finance my existing Mazdaspeed3 for a better rate (after 2.5 yrs), but when I came into Med Center Mazda and talked to both my Sales Rep and the Sales Manager, they told me trading in my car for a brand new one might benefit me more. Boy were they right. The guys at Med Center Mazda gave me SUCH an unbelievable interest rate and deal on my new 2015 Mazda 3SGT that I didn't even bother looking at other dealerships for other cars or rates. I signed the papers for my car without even having looked at the one I was going to purchase. This is my second time buying from them and by far the most pleasureable car-buying experience I've had in my life. The ONLY downfall was that when my car finally arrived at the dealership and I came to pick it up after work, it took them an hour to clean it and bring it out front. There apparently was a mix up in the back of which cars needed to be cleaned. Mistakes happen, so that won't discourage me from buying from them again.

    This was the easiest transaction I've ever experienced purchasing a car. I drove all the way from Scottsboro Alabama to do business with Med Center Mazda. That's about 230 miles round trip! All the salesman were friendly and professional, and treated me as a family member instead of a guest. No one tried to sell me something I didn't want, these guys took in consideration of my needs and wants and went from there. Matt was awesome, young, handsome and ~sigh~ Married! lol He knew his stuff when it came to sales, I traded in a Pathfinder and he told me what it was worth and we worked together for them to make money and still I left not feeling like I had been taken.. I trust them totally! A few days later I decided I wanted some extra parts for my new CX7 Grand touring, so I went to their website and ordered a stainless bumper guard and tag holder. The cheapest on the net, I got it today UPS...They shipped these parts in one day! Now, that is the fastest service I've ever experienced.

    Med Center Mazda was not my first stop on my search for a new car but it certainly was my last. The atmosphere was so much relaxed than my previous experiences. The people are exceptionly courteous and helpful. My saleman was Matt Clarkson and he was great. I walked in with a budget but not exactly of sure what I wanted and he didn't try to pressure or persuade me in any way. I was very impressed both with his knowledge of the cars, his enthusiasm for his job and his straightforward approach to selling cars. I left my first visit with a good feeling about both the price I'd been offered and the service I had received. I came back the next day to purchase my new Mazda 3 and after a month, I'm still as happy as I was that first day. Thanks Matt for all your help!

    I found MedCenter Mazda while looking for the exact 2009 Mazda Miata I wanted (grand touring model in blue with 6-speed and power retractable hardtop) where they had one in inventory. It turned out to be a demo model that the Sales Manager had been driving and after initially verbally agreeing to purchase I had cold feet and called Matt to cancel. He was very cool and actually found the same vehicle I wanted in Nashville and had it driven to Bessemer. I believe I got a pretty good deal for the exact car I wanted with both the Cash for Clunkers rebate plus a rebate Mazda was running at the time.

    I jus bought a new CX7 over the weekend. The entire experience was great. I love the car. My salesman, Matt, spent several hours explaining features of the car to me and making sure that I got the best deal. When I went to pick the car up, he spent several more hours setting up bluetooth, satelite radio, etc. I would definitely recomend them!

    I've been buying and selling cars for 40 years, and never have I had such a smooth, pleasant, hassle free experience. Not just no games, but a willingness to bend over backwards to make the deal work for us. From beginning to end the transaction was characterized by courtesy, respect and honesty. Our salesman Joey and the sales manager Matt just made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price, without stress, without worry. These are some straight up guys, and they have earned our car buying loyalty.

    My wife and I were interested in buying a used black 2011 Hyundai Sonata. After searching through Carmax for a few weeks, this proved to be a difficult task. I had only seen six (at the most on there) since I began looking. They were all in a small price range, excluding the transfer fee. I finally started searching AutoTrader.com, where I found a used black 2011 Hyundai Sonata at Med Center Mazda, at a price highly competitive with Carmax's (pre-transfer fee) prices. I went to the dealership, expecting to be persuaded into buying something I didn't want. Instead, Dennis took the time to find out what I was looking for in a vehicle. He weighed the pros and cons of each used vehicle on the lot. He definitely knew his cars, and he was very passionate about them. Success is when preparation meets opportunity, and he was unbelievably prepared for this opportunity. Dennis and Med Center Mazda beat ALL of the competitors' prices-advertised and verbal. They even got it financed at a rate that matched a local credit union! Not only did they work with me to make the price (more than) fair for me, they also addressed all of my concerns. One of the rear tires was a little worn. We agreed for them to replace the rear tires. Instead, they replaced ALL FOUR TIRES. That perfectly illustrates the extent they went to earn my business and to provide the best customer service. I am thankful that the vehicle I wanted was on this dealership's lot. If I wasn't treated as incredibly as I was (including the price), I might have kept my old car. Assuming they keep great people like Dennis and continue their committment to customer service, Med Center Mazda will be my first stop for every vehicle in the future--whether it's a brand new Mazda or another pre-owned vehicle.

    I found the car I was looking for on Craigslist from Med Center Mazda that was fairly priced. After speaking with a representative on the phone, a good deal turned into a great deal. Well worth the trip from the Fla panhandle to Birmingham! I highly recommend Med Center Mazda!

    We purchased our first 2009 Mazda 3 from Med Center, and used Billy M. 4 years later we went back and purchased our 2013 Mazda3, and used Billy again, traveling more than 70 miles passing 2 Mazda dealerships to use these guys, on the last car, we had a bit of a hickup, but the sales manager Matt, was more than happy to fix the problem. I can say as a person thats hard to please, I am happy with our purchase with the dealer, and will see them again in the future!
