My wife and I were interested in buying a used black 2011 Hyundai Sonata. After searching through Carmax for a few weeks, this proved to be a difficult task. I had only seen six (at the most on there) since I began looking. They were all in a small price range, excluding the transfer fee. I finally started searching AutoTrader.com, where I found a used black 2011 Hyundai Sonata at Med Center Mazda, at a price highly competitive with Carmax's (pre-transfer fee) prices. I went to the dealership, expecting to be persuaded into buying something I didn't want. Instead, Dennis took the time to find out what I was looking for in a vehicle. He weighed the pros and cons of each used vehicle on the lot. He definitely knew his cars, and he was very passionate about them. Success is when preparation meets opportunity, and he was unbelievably prepared for this opportunity. Dennis and Med Center Mazda beat ALL of the competitors' prices-advertised and verbal. They even got it financed at a rate that matched a local credit union! Not only did they work with me to make the price (more than) fair for me, they also addressed all of my concerns. One of the rear tires was a little worn. We agreed for them to replace the rear tires. Instead, they replaced ALL FOUR TIRES. That perfectly illustrates the extent they went to earn my business and to provide the best customer service. I am thankful that the vehicle I wanted was on this dealership's lot. If I wasn't treated as incredibly as I was (including the price), I might have kept my old car. Assuming they keep great people like Dennis and continue their committment to customer service, Med Center Mazda will be my first stop for every vehicle in the future--whether it's a brand new Mazda or another pre-owned vehicle.
