Deceiving Finance Man

purchased a 2015 Audi A3 a few days ago and was very disappointed that this dealership will say anything to sell a car including deceiving me about the condition of the car. I found a the same car with added driver assist package at Bell Audi but wanted to give this dealership a chance since the salesman Jerry was very nice and helpful. After being in the finance office for almost 2 hours haggling back and forth I agreed to buy the car. When going over the pre-certified checklist (which I have never seen before) I asked what were the markings on the car diagram and my answer was "someone wrote on a separate piece of paper and it left marks on the diagram. He said the car must be in mint condition to be sold. When I got to the car I never looked at the passenger tires. When I get home I noticed I had 2 huge scratches to both rims on the passenger side. Each coincided with the accidental marks on the pre-certified paperwork. The man completely lied to me and I have reached out to Jack Daniels and I have not received a return message. Dont buy from this dealership try Bell Audi.

A Great Dealership ask for Spiro...

From the moment I walked in and was introduced to Spiro Milliaressis, I knew I would like this place. Spiro made me feel very comfortable as soon as I shook his hand. He asked me if I ever had an Audi and I told him no that I was interested in the A4 and he took it from there. He showed me the cars while explaining the features and said lets go for a test drive. He got an A4 and we took off. He told me everything about the car, showed me features and I loved the ride and was sold. Spiro is a gentlemen with no pressure. He will tell you about the car and leave it up to you. I leased my new A4 because of Spiro. A great, friendly, knowledgeable, professional guy. Ask for Spiro, he'll make you feel like family. Great Experience at Jack Daniels

My wife & I walked into Jack Daniels Audi and they made us feel at easy. Jamie Levine made it very easy and comfortable to making the right decision. He explained everything about new and pre-owned vehicles of all models. Very friendly & knowledgeable. We were never pressured to buying something that we were not comfortable with. I would recommend him to anyone buying an audi. Great choice..

While im very annoyed with the sales dept and manager, i still like the vehicle. Also, this dealership has excellent service dept managed by Pedro Martin. I really would have liked nicer management concerned with my needs, but service is most important.

Exceptional Service; Good Price

Jack Daniels Volkswagen in Fair Lawn, salesman John Guarnieri in particular, provided a level of service that far exceeded my expectations. On very short notice, he not only pulled a car from inventory and prepped it for a test drive, but also, before I got there, found at another deal the exact car I told him I was looking for (which was in very limited quantity and high demand) and put a hold on it. Moreover, he did not try to upsell me when I arrived; just the opposite - he showed and let me test drive lower priced models to make sure the car I had pre-selected (a 2015 GTI Autobahn w/Lighting Package) was the right car for my needs. He ultimately sold me at a very fair price the car he had found. When I picked up my car, he took the time to explain to me all of the basic systems and functions of the car. I could not be happier with my purchase nor more satisfied with service I received from John and the dealer.

I will not buy CPO from JDA USR again

After my experience, I would not do business with this dealership again.  Bought a CPO A5 Cabriolet with nav ( hard to find car in price range) from  them as an out of state buyer, the pictures on their web page were of the wrong car, needed the original window sticker to actually know what the car had bc their description and video were wrong too.  Got the CPO report before going there, and asked repeatedly what the repairs were on the car, was told the car is certified, it's perfect.  When I flew to NJ to buy the car, found the flaws in their certification immediately,  including dents in the body, slopped on touch up paint, and wheels with curb damage.  Body dent and wheel damage was actually reported in their CPO inspection, but not repaired, even though they advertised as certified. Wasted entire day on their rush job on the dent and wheels, and complained about wheel balance problem on the test drive, told that tires were cold.  Asked for wheels rebalanced, told it was done.  Car was not clean or detailed well either.  Bought the car against my better judgement, and drove home, feeling car vibrate all the way on 500 mile return trip on smooth highways.   Turned out all 4 wheels on the car were out of round (bent) and paid out of pocket for rebalance, remount and to get them straightened to get the car to drive smoothly as it should.  The 3 worst bent wheels were the same ones on the CPO report marked for damage, but at the dealer, they only did cosmetic repair when I pointed out the damage.  Had to go to JDA corporate to get reimbursed for my expense to straighten the wheels, waited for weeks to get one of the JDA owners to sign the check. Never felt I could trust the dealership, poor to no follow through. I don't trust their CPO process, and can't even begin to list all the mistruths and excuses and unreturned phone calls from multiple people at JDA USR.  If you plan to buy CPO there, look very close, get the 300 pt inspection report and go line by line, ask a lot of questions, and be prepared to escalate to JDA corporate when USR drops the ball, or Audi USA.  In fairness, I gave JDA corporate level one last chance to resolve it before going to Audi USA, lucky I found the right guy there who to take this back to USR, but only bc I didn't give up and was resourceful to get satisfaction. I was told my experience was very unusual.  I'm not going to experiment in another purchase with  JDA USR to find out if that's true.  Read other Audi forums and all reviews on their past history before you go, wish I did.  Some glowing reviews, some had a miserable experience like me. Roll the dice. Good thing this is a nice car, otherwise entire experience would have been a disaster.  I have bought many cars from many dealers all over the country, this was the worst experience by far.  Salesman asked me to give him all high scores on the survey, or he would not get his bonus on the sale.  Hey, unnamed salesman, read this review, you should learn something from this experience, I sure did.

Very happy

Although I did not buy the car, I received excellent sales service. Anneliese Feveola took me for a very informative test drive of the Q3 and she knew all the features. The price she gave me was a good one, and the trade in she offered was above what I expected. If the car was just a little bit bigger and if it did not require high-test fuel, it would have been a go.

Was very happy with the service. I never write reviews but wanted to share my experience with others. Fast service, no pressure and patient sales guys. My wife must have asked 1000 questions. Thanks jack daniels audi, I will be back for my next lease.

Horrible sales staff

Don't bother with these guys! My wife and I went in on a Saturday prepared to purchase a new A5 convertible. After taking a test drive and going over the option packages, we sat with the sales rep to talk pricing. He gave us the MSRP which matched the base plus the options we wanted. He went on to tell us that the only one matching that on the whole east coast happened to be in his lot. Sure.. Regardless, the price he started at was much higher than what we were willing to pay. After some haggling, we left saying we would think it over. Tuesday, he comes back via email and says that the price he quoted was only a discussion point and his manager would not go for it. They were willing to knock $1000 off the list - which was mysteriously higher than on Saturday. After a number of emails back and forth, it turns out the car had additional options that he never mentioned - big surprise that the car he wanted to sell on Saturday didn't even exist. Now the extra $400 in options isn't really a big deal, but the feeling that they were trying to tack on extras to boost the cost annoyed me. To top it off, after giving him my offer, which was more than a fair starting point, he tells me "Thanks for your offer, but the car was sold last night. If the delivery does not happen, I will let you know. Thanks and have a nice day." Seriously? Not even an attempt to see if we were interested in anything else? Other colors, other options, possibly ordering, or waiting until more inventory came in? What kind of sales person does that? Clearly all these guys are interested in is moving the inventory they have on hand and don't want to do anything past that to make sure a customer actually buys a car. If they don't have it, they don't want to sell it. I am sure Audi's are great cars - wouldn't actually know since I now have to start this crappy process all over again. Just be warned if you walk into this dealer.

my experience with this dealership was terrible, i did all the paperwork with this dealership, gave them the go ahead on 3 cars, 1st car they told me they couldnt get it, 2nd car they told me the same thing, whats the point of telling me you can get a car if you arent sure? and for the 3rd car, they decided to raise their sales price and lower my trade in price AFTER i told them i will agree with them on a deal with numbers we first agree on, who does that? JACK DANIELS in PARAMUS, 4 dumbs DOWN!

Stay Away from this dealer

Very bad experience with this dealer. The sell man at Jack Daniels Audi first lied about their invoice prices. After I put in $1000 deposit via credit card to order a new car, I found out their lies the next day. I asked to cancel my order. They tried to delay this by saying they will match other dealer price in writing. But when I show them that, they just said they can not match and would refund my money in 60 days by CHECK, not directly to my credit card. Now after 60 days, no refund at all. They will not answer phone nor emails. They are simply hoping you will forget about the deposit or miss your credit card dispute deadline.

Good Car - Poor Dealer Experience With 1 Exception

Purchased a preowned Audi. Salesperson was in a hurry to "spot" deliver car, so vehicle was not cleaned or prepared. Later found damage from a repaint on the bumper. Someone who painted the bumper used their fingers to test the wet paint. Dealer denied knowledge of this. The dealer eventually did pay for the repaint. Dealer could not obtain title before my temp expired. Salesperson said they would give me a letter to show police if stopped. Did he think I was born yesterday? F and I person tried to sell me extras I did not want. When I refused to buy them she told me they were already in the car. I said I would then purchase a different car as I did not want "window etching" for hundreds of dollars. She told me it was in all their cars. They even tried to pass it by me by preprinting it on the invoice. When I refused, she got nasty. The only person really helpful was a manager named Mike who went the extra mile to make sure I got my registration in time for a business trip. My compliments to Mike. I am now going to have the vin number checked to confirm that all recalls were done as the salesperson did not seem knowledgeable about this.

Wonderful experience! They made a lifelong customer

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was interested in purchasing a new Audi A6 and I always see the Jack Daniels Audi building on my way down Route 17. It looked really nice so I stopped in over on a weekend. The receptionist was super friendly. We talked for a few minutes and then she asked me to please have a seat in the waiting area because it was really busy. She brought me over a nice hot cup of green tea while I waited. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes and then Neils came to help me. He was by far the nicest car salesman I've ever talked to!!!! And my brothers a cars salesman! We took a look at one of the A6's on the showroom floor and Neils answered every question I could think of pretty much. We went on a test drive down Route 17 and Neils showed me all the different features on teh car. The car was beautiful and handled great! We drove back to the dealership we went over the pricing. My brother works in the business so I kind of know how it works. I told Neils this is the price I want to pay, and can't afford any higher with the tax and fees included. To my surprise the final price was actually LOWER than what I told him!! LOVED LOVED LOVEDDDD doing business with them!! I am going to tell all my friends and family about Neils which will probably upset my brother lol!!

Jack Daniels is the Worst

I have complaints filed against Jack Daniels Audi with the Attorney General's Office for the State of NJ, the Bergen County Office of Consumer Affairs, Audi Corporate Customer Service, and the BBB of NJ for the following reasons. #1 Two salesmen there told me that an A4 3.0L car would run on regular gas. It does not, and Audi specifically says not to do this. #2 They sold me a car that was certified, then they talked me into getting an extended service contract. At that point, the car was NOT CERTIFIED, but they did not reduce the price to reflect that the car was not Audi Certified. #3 They promised that the contract would be honored anywhere qwithout question.So far, two Audi dealers have refused to accept it. The worst part was that when my son brought the car back to them to get the winshield washers repaired, their own service department did not want to accept the service contract they had sold to me. I had to complain to the management to get it honored.
