    I have been driving Fords for the past 24 years and I’m very familiar with AutoNation Ford of Miami. I was impressed with all the renovations done the place is modern, clean and with a waiting area that puts the customer in mind. Every single employee I came in contact with was helpful and polite. The fact that a loaner was provided is both smart and considerate. I want to give special thanks to my advisor J. Mesa can’t do a better job is just not possible. I will continue to used AutoNation Ford of Miami for all my service needs, highly recommended.

  • Not a good place to take your car for repairs other than regular oil change

    I took my car there because it was shaking while driving between 50 and 60mph and also when you push it hard and they diagnose a bad CV Axle, they change it for the first time. After that, the car was worse so they replaced it again (2nd time). but it was so bad that the car could not be driven (was leaking) so they changed it a third time (3+ months waiting for the part with the car in the dealer and driving a rental during that time) After that third time, they said it was fine. I took it and was driving well, but after a couple of days I took a look at the Axle and it was leaking. I went to a different dealer and they told me it needed to be replaced for the 4th time, and they believe the previous dealer didn't change it at all. Long story short, I'm not going there ever again.

    I have been trying to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership for three weeks. As an out of state buyer the car was to be delivered. I paid cash of nearly $20,000 two weeks. The sales rep went to on vacation after the sale and things stalled. When Yusef, the sales rep, surfaced. He did mention we were approaching the last day of the month and he wanted to close out his month and for us to accept delivery....Yep you guessed it $$$$commissions$$$. On delivery day (last day of month) we refused delivery because the car was making noises it should not have been. We did not accept delivery. Their service department claims it's been fixed but they seem to not to want to provide copy of service order. Sales rep not being responsive at this point. They have my money, my traded-in car and the car they were selling. I feel like if I was on Judge Judy, she would call me the foolish one for keeping this deal alive.

    Originally had an appointment with Ford in Plantation. I made the appointment days ahead. A day before, I received a call from service staff, advising me my car would only get diagnosed but not worked on until next week. His mannerisms I looked at another Ford location but was the same. I then got a hold of this location and my advisor was Juan. Not only did he take care of me, he was able to get my car fixed the same day. He displayed upmost professionalism towards me and I will gladly go back to him

    After making my appointment for a rear view camera recall on my Ford Explorer and receiving several messages confirming it, I took off from work and when I arrived at the location I was told that the order was on backorder. I asked for the service manager and he didn't let me talk. In front of everyone he was rude and disrespectful and threatened me to call the police. I asked for his supervisor name whom I have contacted but I am also going to reach out to Autonation Board Members so that they become aware of the atrocities happening at this location at 57th Avenue.

    Bought a used car and it was found to have a brake problem. They immediately took the car and put it in for full repairs as well as gave men a rental car while I wait for the car to be finished. A+ service and care.

    Walked in to look at a new Lightning and get a value for my trade in. I worked with Richard and from the start he promised they would match the online price, which they did. There wasn't the usual back and forth negotiation, instead I asked them to match online price and told them what I wanted for my trade in and they came very close with their offer. We came to a quick agreement thereafter and I drove home my new Lightning that night.

    Purchased a used 2013 Audi from this dealership claiming an inspection was performed! Well, I had my own inspection done at a service center and found that the oil level was less than half and not changed and the brake fluid was old and dirty that needs to be flushed out and replaced!. Needless to say I was not happy with this so folks do yourself a favor and have your car inspected if you buy a used car from this dealership!!!! As for the sales end of the deal, Jose and Terry were both professional and awesome, thanks guys!

    the try to slam you with a $995 dealer then take it off to only try to slam you with a ridiculous interest. now, i understand if i had bad credit but once i addressed it they magically found me a lower rate
