Easiest vehicle purchase ever

I recently bought a new Wrangler at Autonation with Michael ("Cody") Montague. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me to find a suitable vehicle, and never pressured me in a direction I didn't want to go. They even offered more for my tradein than I expected. Ultimately, I needed to get a special order, which arrived a couple of months earlier than expected, and Michael kept me informed about progress along the way. I'm very happy with how smoothly everything went, and with getting exactly what I wanted.

Great service, excellent customer service!

Jeep started overheating. Brought in to service and Ronnie was able to work magic and get us in. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went over our options, provided detailed diagnosis data and understood our urgency to get the work done. He was honest and fair with us about the work that was needed. He went out of his way to make sure we got our car back quickly. Arapahoe Jeep has the best service we have ever received and we will be customers for life, thanks to Ronnie and his hard work and customer centric approach!

Ms. Camala Hayes was the salesperson that sold us the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. HayesC@AutoNation.com She was knowledgeable, polite, on time, courteous, and professional. The sales conversations and deliberations went smoothly. The test drive was good. The Closing of the purchase was laborious, tedious, and long. That process needs to be more efficient and shorter.

Terrible communication, lost my car

I dropped my Jeep off on Tuesday morning. The service advisor assured me that I would receive text message updates on the status of the repair. I did not receive any updates all week. I called on Thursday and Friday asking for an update and they had no idea when it would be done. On Saturday I called and said I wanted my car back, I don't care if its fixed. I needed it for that week. The saturday service manager said he could not even find my car, asked me what color it was because they hadn't bothered to write down the plate number. Said he would call me by end of Saturday about a loaner car, he never called me back. On monday after work I finally got the first message saying I would be receiving updates via text message. I went to the dealership to get my car and they said it was finished. Who knows how long it would have been for them to actually tell me it was done. I got my car, no acknowledgement that they lost my car, no acknowledgement that they left me completely in the dark for 6 1/2 days. I was just glad to have my car back. I would never return to this place, [non-permissible content removed]

Lost Key

Purchase went fine but was only given one key after the ink dried. I had test driven the car previously when it had 2 keys. I was given the key replacement price and told that on used cars it was non-negotiable no haggle. Will never do business with them again

2012grand jeep cherokee

Dropped my jeep Friday night by roadside carrier and my jeep was not looked at until Wednesday of the following week. I then called and was told what my jeep needed. I told them I had an appointment to change my oil on that Wednesday. They said ok and my jeep was ready for pick up on Friday. This in my opinion is not good CS.

Worst service I’ve ever had

Scheduled a diagnostic and dropped off my car at 8am on Wednesday. Was informed it would take 48 hours to run diagnostics. My car wasn’t even looked at until 2:30pm on Friday, which they looked at it for a total of 20 minutes and told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car. I spent $200 on a rental car for the service team to look at my car for 20 minutes and not help me. Now I have to pay for a real service team to look at it. Really terrible management and wish I would’ve never bought from AutoNation. Also replaced windshield wipers only for the front and not the back. Never got to the alignment. Just terribly run and need better mechanics to serve customers. Please stop signing everyone up for sixusXM, now I get spam emails every day from them. Focus on helping customers not free trials
