Dealership Service Review
I dropped my Jeep off on Tuesday morning. The service advisor assured me that I would receive text message updates on the status of the repair. I did not receive any updates all week. I called on Thursday and Friday asking for an update and they had no idea when it would be done. On Saturday I called and said I wanted my car back, I don't care if its fixed. I needed it for that week. The saturday service manager said he could not even find my car, asked me what color it was because they hadn't bothered to write down the plate number. Said he would call me by end of Saturday about a loaner car, he never called me back. On monday after work I finally got the first message saying I would be receiving updates via text message. I went to the dealership to get my car and they said it was finished. Who knows how long it would have been for them to actually tell me it was done. I got my car, no acknowledgement that they lost my car, no acknowledgement that they left me completely in the dark for 6 1/2 days. I was just glad to have my car back.
