Great Expectations

I really had a great experience. I called 'Bear' 10 minutes before showing up with my car. When he realized he would have to keep the car, he automatically got me into a rental and I was back on the road in no time. Great customer service, Bear!!

Outstanding Service

Due to a last minute Battery problem on our 2012 Equinox, I called service on Fri. to see if I could get in. Busy, but come on in. Well...as usual, TOP notch service on Sat. by Service Consultant Michael Shiplett. No hesitant He took care of my right away and within 1 hour the battery was replaced and I was on my way. Michael was very professional & represented O'Rielly Chevrolet very well!! He is another reason why I come to your dealership!! I recognize that coming in on Sat. without an appointment causes some logistics issues; however, Michael handled it without any sign of disturbance...well done Michael!!! Malibu Recall

I was scheduled for a 12:00 APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I CHECKED IN AT 11:45 I was told that the mechanics were going to lunch and my car would be serviced when they came back from lunch. I was not happy and told the service advisor so. The car was serviced and I was able to leave around 1:00. Still like you service dept but my time is also valuable.

Great Job O'Rielly's

After taliking to Scott about an issue we had with our Traverse, He went far and beond to see that our little issue was repaired in a very timely manner. Scott made me feel like I was important to O'Rielly Chevrolet ! He is an asset to your company. Even while I was waiting on repair's, Saleswomen Mary Jane who sold us the Traverse saw me and came over and greeted me asking about myself and my wife, how we were doing, how we liked our Traverse. Really made me feel like we were important. Told her I was looking for a used truck and she said she would look and give me a call. Really , really pleased with the service and the personal at O'Rielly Chevrolet. Sorry Jim Click, found me a new Dealership

There is uncomparable comfort at the Orielly dealership auto maint center. the cafe is delicious and the fact that the Mall is at walking distance is perfect. Every time i go for maint, i take the whole family. Its actualy fun!

Replace air inlet actuator

I called to set up an appointment. I Was transferred to 3 different people. I told the advisor I had the car diagnosed and what I needed. He said he couldn't accept that as he had to do his own diagnostics. I understand that, but he was sort of rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. Actually, it bothered me all weekend. I took the car in Monday morning. I waited 15 min for the advisor to come and get my car. So far my opinion of your service is that it sucks, but I have no other choice to have my car serviced under warranty. I was told once it could take up to 8 hours and then 4 to 6 hours. I brought two books as I figured I would have a long wait. After two hours, my car was done. Not only that, they washed it. Now O'Rielly is a 10. Paul W

The entire staff from the man that greeted me at the door to the final step when Oscar walked me out of Finance, and Danny closed my new truck door for me to drive away; the whole experience was great. Pretty low stress and pleasant for sure.

Everyone I came in contact with from the ladies at your cafe to the young man who brought my car to me when it was finished were very polite and pleasant. William S, my service advisor, has always been polite, understanding and is always willing to answer any questions I may have. Kudos to the wonderful staff you have working in your dealership.
