Dealership Service Review
I called to set up an appointment. I Was transferred to 3 different people. I told the advisor I had the car diagnosed and what I needed. He said he couldn't accept that as he had to do his own diagnostics. I understand that, but he was sort of rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. Actually, it bothered me all weekend. I took the car in Monday morning. I waited 15 min for the advisor to come and get my car. So far my opinion of your service is that it sucks, but I have no other choice to have my car serviced under warranty. I was told once it could take up to 8 hours and then 4 to 6 hours. I brought two books as I figured I would have a long wait. After two hours, my car was done. Not only that, they washed it. Now O'Rielly is a 10. Paul W
