The worse service I have ever received from this dealership. They need to correct this wrong, as a loyal customer for years no one have called me back to apologize for this mistake. I am hoping the service manager and general manager see this and make it right. I have always spoke highly of them to family and friends but after this I no longer want to do business with them. I have never been this upset with anyone before, and I felt so mistreated by someone who I thought care about me as a customer.

Had an appointment 11.30 for a simple oil change..No sense in having an appointment because I sat and waited for 4 hours before completed..totally ridiculous, cars came in after me and was done before me..Never again, I will use Sons Chevrolet or Gynn Smith for future service and sales.

Vehicle ready & waiting over 1.5 hours before notified

Hello, My vehicle was ready over 1.5 hours and I was still not notified. Somehow rivertown had my wife’s contact information and was notifying her phone/email to notify it was ready. She was sick at home and unable to answer her phone. Meanwhile, the same representative (Stephen, service advisor) that took my vehicle back walked in and out of the waiting area 3 times to notify others their car was ready. He also did not verify my contact information at arrival. This is unacceptable and not good customer service. Finally, my wife called to let me know she had been getting a few texts notifying her it was ready but she was sick and did not see them. This is unacceptable as the representative was in and out of the lobby the whole time notifying others their vehicle was ready.

Darell Williams is an amazing sales rep. I gave in specifics in what I was looking for in a vehicle and he honored that. Not one time did he try to sway me into something else like some sales rep do. He listened and he took notes. Kept the conversation going while we were waiting to check out with finance.

Excellent Experience in Purchasing my Vehicle

A few days ago I purchased a used 2019 Honda from Rivertown Buick. Kaleb was my salesman who patiently answered all of my questions. Stacy is a Sales Manager who made absolutely sure I received a fair deal and that I was 100% satisfied before leaving that dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend this sales team to anyone. I am happy to say that I am ecstatic with my vehicle and the sales team.

The wait to speak with the finance manager was very long. He chose to take a customer ahead of me. He was rude at times and had zero personality. I felt like a number and not a valued customer. I paid in cash with a wire from my bank. I had to phone three people (salesman, sales manager, and finance manager) seeking an answer. The finance manager did not give me the courtesy of a phone call the next day to inform me that the wire had been received. I had to phone the dealership - - - very poor customer service throughout this process.
