    I had talked with some other dealerships about the same car I bought from Luther and the experience with them doesn't even compare to Luther. I felt I was taken more seriously at Luther and it was nice to be kept in the loop with the financing options.

  • Thank God for warranties

    This was actually a return repair. A torque converter leak was repaired the week before and that resulted in a left axle leak that needed to be repaired. All went well, work was done in record time. Will be checking for leaks more often now though. Marti took charge of the whole operation. Thanks.

    I had a fantastic experience! I brought my car in for a factory recall repair. Even though I wouldn't be paying for any services, they fit my car in immediately, were polite the entire time and even washed my car!

    The service department has done a very fine job performing the multiple warranty repairs on our 2013 Equinox AWD 2LT.

    I am always assisted quickly and with care. They are a kind staff, and car rentals are available if I need to leave my vehicle overnight. Also, everything I've had done thus far has been completely covered by my warranty. Thank you!

    Maintenance was quick and reasonably priced. The man who checks me in is always so kind and helpful, and will explain anything I don't understand.

    Everything was great except I wasn't aware I would be charged for the loaner vehicle. Had I known that I would have made other arrangements. It wasn't until after I paid the bill that I realized I was charged.

    As always, Marti and the rest of the service staff were helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the complimentary car wash after they finished the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. It was a nice surprise! Everyone I have dealt with at Luther Hudson Chevy GMC has gone out of their way to remember me and stop to chat while I am sitting in the comfortable waiting area.

    I have always gotten excellent service from this dealership and purchased a car their in 2001 and again in 2009. All of the maintenance and repair has been done there.

    I am not one for words , but I will have to say ,from my sales man , finance manager, to the service people, and all of the staff i had contact with .They gave me exceptional treatment ,they are a main reason I will return, and tell others to shop for there next auto.

    Other than leasing two trucks through Luther in the past couple of months and one oil change on the first one, I don't have very much experience with Luther. So far everything that I have experienced with them has been tremendous! Kao, Kevin, and Jeff on the show floor have been outstanding to deal with. I did my oil change and updates with Marti in service and her knowledge and help was better than I have ever received anywhere. If everything continues to go like this, not only has Luther earned my future business, I'll tell everyone I know about the folks that I dealt with and send them to those folks. I cannot stress enough how much those four employees at your dealership made mine and my wife's truck leasing experience about as good as one could hope for!

  • Great Service

    We had only come in to have a recall notice taken care and from the first contact from Adam we were made comfortable. He asked if there was anything else we needed looked at. I said why yes since we were there we were having a problem with our heat. He said no problem we will take a look at it, he came in and explained what the problems was and had a couple of options for us to fix it. There was no pressure what so ever put on us to make an immediate decision. We felt taken care of. So our other experience was we ended up buying a car that same day! We were in the market looking and I decided to talk to a sale rep while we were waiting for our car. Tracey came to help me and she did a fantastic job. She first asked what I wanted and she taylored everything she did based on what I wanted. Tracy even had it in her routine to know every day what might have come in from auction the night before. It was due to her savy is why I bought a car from her that day. The very next day my husband and I had plans of going to another dealership to buy a car. Both Tracy and Dale did a great job taking care of us and help make us feel confident we were making a solid purchase.

  • Expecting to use preferred customer coupon, but, no dice

    Nothing unusual, just an oil change. But, Luther had sent out $25 coupons for service which I brought with me to use. Was told that it couldn't be used for an oil change, the coupon had no such restrictions. Thought that was unfair.

    Everything was fixed perfectly, including things that weren't obvious to me, but were covered under warranty. It's nice to know I don't have to wait for something to completely break down before someone will fix it! They also let me know of some other repairs that would be needed soon as well, without pressuring me to fix them immediately.

    I appreciated that you were able to accommodate my vehicle on an emergency situation when my alternator failed. As well it was completed by end of day.
