by Alec on 08/01/2025Working with Alan Zinda was easy and with no pressure. Alan had clear communication and followed up in a timely manor. We were able to talk and work out a deal we both felt comfortable with. I honestly went to look at another truck at a… different dealership, and that dealership made me not want to do business with them. Alan made the experience smooth and took the stress out of buying a car. You can find cars everywhere, but I went back to Lexus of Brookfield because of my experience with them.Great experience!!!

People at the dealership went above and beyond and even gave me a bouquet of… flowers to congratulate me with the big purchase which was very sweet of them! I reached out to see if it was still available and was immediately contacted by a sales professional named Dale Roeglin. Dale was… fantastic and answered all of my questions and even sent me many videos and photos to confirm the look and condition of it. I texted and called Dale many times and he always called me back immediately even a few times after hours. Dale was not pushy and made that clear from the beginning. I agreed to make the purchase and was then contacted by Chris Zilvitis in the finance department who also spent a lot of time with me to answer questions, and I had many. I was probably a little annoying with my many questions but they were absolute pros. Chris, like Dale, gave me his personal cell number and said he was always open to discuss the process, and he was. What a fantastic experience I had with Lexus of Brookfield, Dale Roeglin and Chris Zilvitis. Low stress purchase

It took about an hour to negotiate a deal and that included a test drive. Everyone else at the dealership were friendly… and helpful.
