    My service was faster than expected. At the end they didnt.try to talk me into a bunch of other services.

    2013 Odyssey needed piston ring replacement on all cylinders due oil seeping through. This fouled a plug, causing a misfire. Not a general maintenance visit to say the least. It required a full engine tear down and roughly a week without the vehicle. We were promptly greated by a service advisor who was very friendly and took the time to listen to and note the issues with the vehicle. We were given a loaner car to use until our vehicle was finished. We were told that the issue should be covered by the Honda factory warrenty. The communication to verify if Honda would actually cover this issue wasn't that impressive, but I was told "not to worry"....so I tried my best not to. In the end, we got the vehicle back sooner then expected and didn't have to pay a thing. Despite being extremely busy Kenosha Honda's service department was professional, timely, and made getting our car fixed very easy on us.

    We had to take our current car in for a quick service job and while waiting, looked in the showroom. D'Eyvan answered our questions but did not pressure us. We left. A week and a half later, we returned. D'Eyvan remembered us (including what we didn't and did like). He let us test drive a couple of cars. Again, no pressure. When we asked to talk more specifically about one of the cars, he and his manager were more than helpful (and generous) with pricing and payment options. Still, no pressure. We left with everything we wanted at a reasonable price.

  • Bad Repair That Kept Getting Worst!

    Worst Honda Dealership Ever! I went here for routine maintenance on my 2011 Honda Accord. They replaced the wiper blade inserts for me as a part of this maintenance. The wiper blade they installed failed, and put a huge scratch on my windshield. I wasn't mad, I just went in and asked them to make it right. They said they would replace the windshield, so I scheduled an appointment. I came back the next day to pick up my car to discover that none of the trim was put back on right (it was sticking up off the bottom of the windshield) and the trim parts that were on the left and the right were all scratched up. Again I kept my calm and asked them to make it right. They then scheduled another appointment and replaced the trim. The bottom trim still didn't fit correctly, so I asked them if water would get into my car. They assured me it wouldn't. A month or so later (this was in early 2013 during the heavy storm in Kenosha ) I went into my car to discover water had soaked the entire passenger side and water was running in from the speaker grill. I took my car back to them and they said it was unrelated to the windshield that the seal on the passenger door had failed, and they were going to replace it. Shortly after they came back to me and said it was in fact the windshield and that it was not placed on my car correctly. They then scheduled another appointment and reset the windshield. When they finished, I asked if they could replace the bottom trim piece on my car, because the rubber still does not seat all the way. They told me they would not spend any more money on my vehicle I was out of luck. I called corporate Honda and they advised me that since they are a private dealership and it was there mistake they couldn't due anything. They pretty much said I would have to sue them. The store manager was supposed to call me. It's been over a year (umm going on 2 years now) and they haven't called me yet. My windshield doesn't let water in anymore (that I know of), but the trim still looks [non-permissible content removed]. So here is my $28,500 car messed up because this dealership is incompetent and unwilling to fix there mistakes which they kept making on my car. I am unimpressed and the owner of this dealership should be very ashamed. It's true what they say, at the end of the day it's not them driving the car so they do not care about it. If the owner of this dealership reads this feel free to contact me....I am still waiting your call. This entire ordeal began around November 3, 2012 and went on through 2013 until It became apparent no one was going to fix it. I am afraid to take off my door panel and see what the water did to it. The mechanic swore there's no water damage to the speaker....how can that be when water was coming in through the speaker grill and soaking my carpet? It's a polished metal metallic fully loaded Honda Accord you serviced. I have all the pictures taken of how bad you messed this up step by step. Please call me and fix your failure so I can change your review.

    We went through edmunds.com and got a price quote from Honda of Kenosha. We have no regrets for a long drive (60+ miles to HK for our new CR-V. Our sales person,Kevin L. was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of what we wanted in our purchase. He tried very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. It was also a great experience working with the HK sales team too.

    After several issues with a used vehicle we purchased, the manager agreed to rent us a van for our trip and pay for it!...above and beyond and helped us have a great vacation despite the van we had purchased being a complete piece of junk (Chrysler Town & Country). After returning from our trip, we made a final decision. We traded in the Chrysler (which was fixed by the time we got back) and we bought a new Honda Civic. Never again in my life will I buy a Chrysler (or Dodge for that matter...rental van was a 2010 Dodge Caravan and its brakes would heat up while going downhill !) The Honda dealer was great at buying the van back (which we didn't really need anymore since we had already taken the long trip with the rental van) and they took care of the financing and made it one smooth transaction for the purchase of the Honda Civic which will be a fantastic small car that gets great gas mileage (43 miles to the gallon). Good-bye Chrysler...Hello Honda!

    We purchased a used van about a month ago. We were promised it would be detailed (cleaned) and ready for pickup the next day. Came in...no detail done, screw missing on bug shield. The service manager came out and took a look and in order to try to compensate for the car detail not having been done, he promised a full detail plus leather protection. Brought van in...left it for 5 hours (what they asked for in order to complete the detail plus leather protection)...came in 5 hours later..absolutely nothing was done...service man had to actually do the leather protection right there in front of me (which helped remove the coffee stains that were all over the seats in various spots which is how we could tell the detail hadn't been done either of the 2 times)The service manager was supposed to "take charge" of this situation and look it over before we were called to pick it up..that never happened..then...electrical issues which shut down the windshield wipers, power windows, radio, dvd player and airconditioning...they replaced an ignition switch and 2 weeks later...the same problem is back...then..we took it for a drive to take the kids to the movies and noticed that some of the dash lights were out...took it in...they fixed the lights but when i was about 2 miles away, i looked down only to notice that the spedometer and RPM monitor (tachometer) weren't working...apparently they didn't go through the correct procedure to reinstall the dash. I'm not making any judgements I guess you can make your own here but...I think the facts speak for themselves in this case...Honda or not...sloppy work has been done up until now. To be fair, we have not spoken to the owner of the dealership yet so when I do, I'm hoping that he might be able to offer some help.

    Just bought a new 2014 Honda Odyssey EXL from Honda of Kenosha. I could not have had a better purchase experience. Their price was great, my consultant, Kevin L., was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get what we wanted done. We walked into the dealership for the first time at 4:30, took a test drive and drove out of the dealership with our new car at 8:30. This included side mouldings installed, all paperwork complete and new plates. Great job!

    Walked in very stressed about needing a vehicle ASAP due to recently totalling our car.. Tim S. sales man calmed my nerves and promised they would do everything and go above and beyond to get us a car that would work with our budget and family of 5.. Also knowing our credit was not amazing .. John finance manager stepped in and went above and beyond to make it happen !!! Kept us in our payment range ! We are soooo happy with our car didn't expect to get such an awesome deal!! Walked out with a lot of stress taken of our shoulders !!! Thank you TIm ,John and Sherry K. for going the extra mile !!! Recommend all the way !!! Thanks again from the Miller's !

    Worst car experience of my life. In my opinion, the most unethical car dealership I have ever encountered. I did all my research on a Honda Pilot Touring and had an 'OUT THE DOOR" written quote from this dealership. My husband and I drove an hour and a half from our Chicago suburb because we thought we had a firm price and they had the exterior/interior color mix I wanted. So we drive up there, icy road conditions and all and then the sales manager Cory W. brought up an extra charge and said we must purchase the Auto Butler package for $300 to make up the loss he was taking on the car. My husband and I were so disgusted that after we drove an hour and a half on an icy night with the written out the door offer in hand, this strong arm tactic would be used. We walked out and left immediately. Buyer beware. Also, Illinois residents you pay $298 in doc fees here vs. the $164 at an Illinois dealership. Go to Valley Honda in Aurora instead. Night and day difference.

    My wife and I had a great sales experience with Kevin L. at this dealer, very helpful and low pressure. When we couldn't get a second set of keys & fob, Kevin helped get the service group to get a second set and waived the charges because it was certified vehicle.

    I recently leased a new Honda Fit from Honda of Kenosha. My experience could not have been better. Kevin L. was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I came in with very little knowledge about the cars I was considering, as well as about the leasing process, and left with a very clear understanding of both. Unlike sales consultants I have dealt with in the past (at other dealerships), Kevin immediately seemed trustworthy, was much more thorough, and never gave the impression of becoming impatient with me, despite my extreme difficulty in making what I considered a very big decision. He made me feel comfortable asking what others might consider "stupid" questions, and did not respond in a condescending manner, as I have experienced often with other salespeople. The entire process, including financing, went smoothly and efficiently, much more so than any dealer I have visited in the past. I love my car and feel great about my decision to lease. Thanks Kevin and Honda of Kenosha!

    Classic Bait and switch with dealer. We have 2 seperate incidents with this dealer with all bad experiences. 1st time was to have service done on a warranty on the honda accord. The oil pump went out and was covered under warranty, but then they wanted to charge me $45 for an oil change. Then we go to buy a car, and talk through their online chat portal, talked about the specific model and stock number listed on their website, and then even talked to the manager that night on the price. Scheduled an appointment for 9 am, next day, and as soon as we walked in, he started backing away on the price, and offered up one model down for the price we agreed on through chat and on the phone. Then when we tell him to write up the lower model then, he came back and backed out of that deal as well. Look at their BBB and all their complaints are sales tactics. I will be filing my compliant.

    I set up a alert for cars I was interested in and so I would receive an email when one was available. This was in November. Since then, someone has called my house twice a week to ask me about purchasing a car during times when I am not home to answer the phone. I thought they would take the hint but it's now February and I still receive calls.

    I just bought a pre-owned, 2011 Honda CRV from Honda of Kenosha and I could not be happier! I am pretty clueless when it comes to cars-- I have had "hand-me-down" vehicles since I was 16. My salesman, Sean B., was awesome! He was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and just an (all-around) great guy. I LOVE my Honda, and I loved my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership (and Sean) to anyone!

    I bought a used car from this dealer and they gave me a 2 month warranty. Currently one of the mechanical parts broke they are not fixing it. Also they sold the car for a higher price.

    This is my 6th(4 were Hondas) car I've ever purchased and this dealership by far has provided the best buying experience I've ever had from beginning to end. I can not recommend my salesperson, Arnie, enough as he helped me through my new car purchase from beginning to end with total transparency, he was the consummate professional. I was also very comfortable with their management and finance team. I've had terrible experiences prior with dealerships tried to gouge me and found Honda of Kenosha actually saved me money as they helped me get better rates than even my bank. I love Hondas and it has been great to find a dealership I will now come back to and have no hesitation to refer my friends and family to. Thanks again!

    I am very happy with my whole experience at Honda of Kenosha. I start with Sales Consultant Sean B. From my first contact with him he listened to what I wanted and took the time needed to get a deal done. Sean is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling and very professional on how he sells it. I will go back to him when purchasing in the future.
