Honda of Kenosha

I recently leased a new Honda Fit from Honda of Kenosha. My experience could not have been better. Kevin L. was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I came in with very little knowledge about the cars I was considering, as well as about the leasing process, and left with a very clear understanding of both. Unlike sales consultants I have dealt with in the past (at other dealerships), Kevin immediately seemed trustworthy, was much more thorough, and never gave the impression of becoming impatient with me, despite my extreme difficulty in making what I considered a very big decision. He made me feel comfortable asking what others might consider "stupid" questions, and did not respond in a condescending manner, as I have experienced often with other salespeople. The entire process, including financing, went smoothly and efficiently, much more so than any dealer I have visited in the past. I love my car and feel great about my decision to lease.
