    Damien the sales rep did a great job showing us exactly what we wanted and helped make our decisions easy. He was there to guide us through the whole process. Max the manager was really helpful in determining what rebates we could receive. Don with the financial department helped a lot with deciding to purchase rust under cover protection, and an extended warranty. Great group of guys!

    Was extremely pleased with my experience. I couldn't pass up the deal that day and be happy with myself. The sales team got me in and out in under 3 hours from test drive to keys in hand. The black and black is a real hit to! Go to Premier and see Micah of you're looking for a vehicle!

    The team did great. I would definitely say that this was the one of the best experiences that I've had with purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone was very nice and supportive which is a nice change from most dealerships that make things seemed pressured and rushed.

    Saw a truck I liked, stopped and looked. Test drove it, it was nice. Told salesman what payment I needed to stay at, they really worked with me and kept me real close to what I needed to be. Was really surprise they was able to get me in that truck, within the payment I needed to be at. Thanks to everybody who worked on that deal.

    I have always found that a company is represented by the individual you deal with. I have bought two vehicles at Premier and referred others and our experinces have been excellent.

    Horrible experience with this place. The car I bought from them was used 2010 CHEVY Malibu. It seem to be fine at first approx 15 days after the air bag light started flashing, On star calls me tells me it's a recall and set up an appointment for me. Premier says other wise and says "It will be 71$ an hour just for us to look at it." After driving it in the rain the first time water leaks around the windshield tried to set up a service appointment for that it's a nightmare all they want is money. They charged me a prep & delivery fee on my invoice then says it's a requirement even though it wasn't delivered or prep. The chemicals they used to clean the vehicle peel'd the dashboard looks nasty now after it was clean I left it in a hot parking lot at work which caused the peeling I guess. These people are probably the most dishonest people I have ever had to do business with and regret it for the next few years my car is financed for.

    The Premier Chevrolet Buick GMC of Morgantown dealership had admitted to false advertisement. They told me to come to their lot to test drive a very low priced vehicle that fit my needs. I called twice the morning of the scheduled test drive to double check. I was told to come and see it. When I arrived just 90 minutes later, they claimed they could not find it, insisted I test drive a similar vehicle so I wasn't "wasting time." Then told me at the end of the test drive, the other vehicle had just been sold the night before. Angry but desperately in need of a better car (I had driven my 15 year old trade-in hoping it wouldn't break down before I could reach them) I agreed to see something comparable. In the end, it cost me over $2,000 more. I felt like a fool, like I had been taken advantage of. However, it wasn't until later that I learned they had been fraudulently advertising that vehicle for three weeks since it had been sold. In addition to false advertisement, there were odometer discrepancies on both of the CarFax reports I purchased on two of their vehicles. That is two for two. Finally, on the CarFax I purchased (because they did not provide me with one) on the GMC Acadia I ended up buying, the report completely conflicted with the events that actually occurred. In fact, there were false reports filed by the dealership on two dates AFTER the completion of the sale. The only point that the dealership admitted any wrongdoing was after attorney, BBB, and State Attorney General intervention. Please be warned that these are serious violations. Although I thoroughly love the GMC Acadia vehicle itself, and I would definitely recommend the Manufacturer's vehicle, I would not even send my mother-in-law to this dealership.
